1 Month ago I was looking for a new apartment to lease. The stress was unbelievable, but after contacting Annabelle and viewing the apartment after the first opening it had. I had contacted her and asked her what was needed for us to progress. She was very helpful and quick in response to every question and the process was just made to easy. Thanks Annabelle.

BresicWhitney (we dealt with Anabelle) were by far the most respectful, responsive and professional real estate agents we dealt with in the process of finding a rental in Sydney. As relatively young renters with little rental history, most other real estate agents did not give us the time of day, where BresicWhitney did that and so much more, making the process of inspection, applying, and moving in as easy and painless as possible, helping us out on every step along the way. I would absolutely recommend BresicWhitney to anyone who wants to rent in Sydney!

I had the worst experience with real state with this company. Since I started my lease I had problems because in the contract I had car park and when I moved to the unit I figured out the car park was rented. They calculated wrongly the period of my lease and they charged me abusive price for a broken blind that was already blind when I moved to the unit. Awful experience. I don't recommend to anyone.

I've been renting with BresicWhitney for about 6 years, through three different homes. I've found Theo Cleary, in particular, a great property manager, but the whole brand has exceeded my overall expectations. My tenant concerns with maintenance requests are always taken seriously and quickly responded to, and I've been treated really well in the move in and move out process

Genuine and honest
Darren had great knowledge of the area, managed expectations really well and was proactive in getting the right buyers through. Darren was really honest about having the buyers. Within a few hours of going live with the off-market campaign we had a buyer at a great price!

The best agency I've had as a tenant. If your lucky enough to get Anthony Bouzanis as your property manager, he's going to make your life a whole lot easier!

All the staff at Bresic were friendly, professional and efficient, always responsive to emails and calls. I never had to chase anything up. Thanks too to Rae for following up on a lost item even after I vacated the property.

Authentic, Honest, Transparent, Always available and a top negotiator!
As somebody who has worked within the real estate industry for over a decade myself I would have to be honest and say that my benchmark of excellence is set pretty high! With this in mind this is the second time that we have engaged Brigitte to sell a property for us. Despite being faced with somewhat precarious situation with Covid restrictions in place a day after listing our property Brigitte was able to achieve a sales result well above our expectations. Authentic and a top negotiator!

Seamless Experience
