Please stop wasting our time by marking studios as one bedroom apartments. Also to list a property you have to have a price guide, you can’t say it’s “awaiting price guide”.

It's hard to sound genuine when you want to gush so ridiculously about your real estate agent. But Darren was professional, astute, extremely knowledgable and knew exactly what we could expect. His strategy was exactly right. He maintained his integrity and ethics at all times. We have some excellent tradies (and stylist) from his contacts. He was well linked in with other agents and clearly had a really good team around him. We set a crazy tight timeframe to do works and get our place on the market, which he went way above and beyond to help with, as did his photographer. And above all, he made a very stressful time for us a lot less stressful than it would have been. I'd even say he made it fun. We actually miss him. My kids ask after him and his (extremely cute) pooch. He possibly works a little too hard.take a rest occasionally Darren!

As a renter, I cannot recommend this company enough! I've had the pleasure of dealing with Rae Walters for the last 3 years. I'm very sad to have left her care due to the owner selling, however I have found nothing but support and help when needed. Even when looking for a new property to rent.

They've always done a great job looking after a place for us, and straight onto renewals and getting the place tenanted on expiry as quickly as possible. Communication and responsive first rate. Fees are very competitive and they're worth every penny.

A big shout out to Kris Sakavaras who I could not recommend highly enough. Best residential property manager I've come across, and was particularly helpful during the entire Covid period which wasn't necessarily a great time to be a landlord. Thanks, Kris!
