Huge shout out to Pamela at the Glebe office. She was my letting agent for two years and during that time the interactions were always personal and it felt like she genuinely cared! She also got any issues resolved quickly!

BresicWhitney managed our property for less than 2 weeks. They incorrectly charged us for a bill addressed to someone else and have not apologised or refunded the money.

Big thank you to our property manager George! He has been incredibly attentive and helpful with organising a new lease for our home in a prompt manner. He has kept me informed every step of the process and gone above and beyond to be accomodating. Thank you George, we love our home and are so happy with your service!

Listed in May 2022. Paid them 9.5k for advertising. Not a single offer. The house was in Balmain. I would not recommend this company.

DO NOT BUY and WASTE TIME with these agents.
They deliberately severely underquote their sales to lure buyers.

The property sold at Selbourne st Burwood recently was listed at 2.7mil.
At auction, it was NOT on the market even at 3.2mil.
That means the vendors were not prepared to sell at 15% above the indicative price, completely wasting prospective buyers' time, and money spent on inspections.

Absolutely disgusting and shameful practice.

I have been a tenant in one of Rae's properties for 3 years now, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Not only does she have an excellent rapport with the owner (I've been witness to this), but she also cares for me as a tenant as well. It's the perfect balance for a property manager. I have appreciated her on my side throughout my tenancy, and am sad it's now coming to an end.

If I could give her 50 extra stars, I would.
