There's a new receptionist there - absolutely the rudest person I've ever come across. She should not be working there. Get some manners and lose your attitude. Horrible woman! On the other hand, the other older lady in the far corner was so helpful! And doctor was lovely too!

Super rude receptionist! I am working in a medical field as well, but I’ve never seen any receptionist can be so inpatient like this.
I am pretty sure once my gp moves to other medical centre, I’ll never come back here again.
Too bad the manager of this media center doesn’t see this problem, or he just doesn’t care.

Stupid waiting times 1 doctor servIing 8 people they won't hire enough staff so you need to spend a good 1 hour at least waiting to see a doctor.plus doctor was taking is time between customers increasing the wait time.just not good enough!

Excellent doctors and experienced nurses. I’ve had a fantastic experience every time I’ve had to go and would highly recommend them.

It's so hard to find a good clinic with good GP and Receptionists, I don't feel welcomed for the Receptionists, and the GP is not patient and didn't listen to me to explain what is my problem, I still couldn't solve my problem after 2 visited.it's just 2 minutes and I'd done seeing a doctor, I was so disappointed!

I only come here to see Dr. Tingate because he moved. Otherwise I would never ever come here. The reception staffs are all terribly rude.

I went in having cut my finger at home in the kitchen. I saw a Dr quickly. He reassured me that I wasn't overreacting and the cut needed treatment. He arranged for it to be cleaned and dressed immediately. I hesitated to go because I thought it was minor but getting it seen to promptly put my mind at ease. Thanks Dr and Staff:)

Don't have a bad word to say about the practice! The young blonde girl was so lovely and I saw such a lovely doctor downstairs! Couldn't recommend the practice enough!

Amazingly swift and professional practice I was registered, seen by a doctor, saw practice nurse and out of the building within half an hour. Thanks for the timely assistance.

Visited this medical centre daily for a week (exhaust leg burn) and i think they do a great job. Reception always busy but courteous, Dr Tangsilsat was attentive and the nursing staff very thorough and caring (they put up with me for 7 days). Overall great experience-Thank you.

Went to the practice today and had a pleasant experience with the young blonde girl, was seen fast and listened to by the doctor! Well done!

I've always been happy with the various doctors I've seen. Even though some don't have the best bedside manner, I've always been happy with their competence. Some doctors are really excellent.
Their nursing staff are good, and the practice is efficiently run.
Reception staff have often been hostile in the past, which is unfortunate but understandable (they probably just need a bit more TLC from management) but this seems to be improving lately. Some are normal, kind and friendly.

I had the most terrible experience. The doctor who treated me was very unprofessional and mechanic. The staff at the front desk was also unfriendly and unhelpful. I won’t recommend it at all!

I had a really pleasant visit today, reception were nice and understanding when explaining what I needed. Wait for doctor was really short and was lucky to get a really thorough doctor.

Dreadful bedside manner. My GP spent less than 5 mins talking to me before telling me that I looked fine and sending me on my way. Have been in bed for 4 days now with flu. I guess you get what you pay for!

I was excited that it was open on Sundays, clearly not as excited as the grumpy young receptionist. Don't be so condescending and impatient with different cultured people. She clearly knew what they were asking of her but was taking advantage of their little english to confuse them.

On a lighter note, the doctor was FANTASTIC! If only they knew the front of house was letting the place down.

Very quick service for repeat prescription, Medicare easily accepted and very straight forward. Waited around 4 minutes to be seen.

The connected pharmacy was also good, the pharmacist was friendly, knowledgable and honest. 5 stars to her

Rude reception at front desk, Dr Ahmed Al-sudani needs to learn BASIC AUSTRALIAN politeness, may be Ok where he comes from but not in a Country I have helped to build

I’m usually in to see a doctor within 10 minutes and I’ve found all the doctors I’ve had to have great bedside manner. Beyond that the nurses and pathology staff are considerate and caring. Not laughing when my 21year old friend sung nursery rhymes during her procedure and doin everything possible to keep her comfortable.

Incredibly rude staff and incompetent practitioners. Doctor knew of a highly contagious infection and did not request an immediate follow-up. Also did not prescribe appropriate treatment.
