I was very angry at the female doctor I saw today for a booster and I thought I could get it earlier by 8 days! I was refused so I'm not going back there. They can stick their timing. She fired so many questions at me and I was trying to get a word in to say I was deaf and I needed to lip read. She ignored that and kept asking questions.

She asked if I had heart problems, I said no as I had 2 Pfizer jabs, she wouldn't believe me and she said she was sorry she can't give it to me. Fortunately I have an appointment elsewhere. What does one week matter? And I am an elderly patient, what if I did end up in hospital before my booster? I am double vaccinated and if I did end up in hospital I will certainly report it.

Three times my elective surgery was cancelled and it's so frustrating to have excruciating knee pain. Very hard to walk now. I do appreciate the load of people they have to look after but when is this grub Omricon going to get lost?

If the receptionists are busy (or just don't want to answer), they'll have you on hold and then hang up without saying anything at all.

Very professional and competent GP team working there, however 2 star rating is mainly because of the phone services - "why is so hard to get through from a phone call to book an over the phone appointment!? "

This was shockingly bad, the doctor said to me "I literally don't care' when asked a question, avoid at all costs!

Omg how things have changed. No one answers the phone. When they do they are giggling and distracted and don't listen. So sad that such a good practice has gone downhill.

The reception staff is awful and rude. They have no manners and empathy with theirs customers. Long wait on the phone too. Please, avoid this place.

I have attempted to call the pathology department 5 times (on different days). And every time they just disconnect my call. What's the point of a phone contact if no one bothers picking up? I think the person answering calls for Pathology needs some serious customer service training.

I have been using this medical center for years as the bulk billing and walk-in services suit my needs and for the most part I have had great service from the doctors and nurses who work there. However, on my most recent visit I was treated like garbage by the reception staff who were too busy slurpping from their coffee mug to understand why I was there when I had explained clearly. I had come in for my second covid-19 vaccination and this should have been a simple direction to see the nurse upstairs but rather than tell me this after very rudely making me repeat why I was there that day, I was sent to see a doctor, a service I didn't need and was charged on Medicare for. This is secondary to another occasion when I was left waiting in a line of several people whilst being ignored by the reception staff as most of them were rubbernecking at an incident across the road and then gossiping loudly about it upon their return, distracting all their colleagues.

I'm really sorry to say that this is honestly the worst place for initial customer service. Don't try to call them to make an over the phone consultation as the reception staff are just as unfriendly on the phone and will just bark at you and hang up rudely without farewell. I am not sure where these staff are hired from but they should be sent back to be retrained. I understand that running a business like this can have its challenges but having rude customer fronting staff should not be excused. People who attend medical centers tend to be vulnerable, they need not be as an inconvenience by bored and unfriendly first contacts.

The reception staff are probably among the most unprofessional I've ever seen. A polite receptionist/reception desk that fades into the background is good enough for me but upon sitting down after an unpleasant check-in, I couldn't help noticing how noisy they were. Some lighthearted banter amongst staff can be charming but this wasn't it. They were inconsiderately loud and there were a lot of people waiting for service, despite there being a lot of staff. Overall, it created a chaotic atmosphere. Not only that, they were incompetent with my paperwork as they didn't update my immunisation record after becoming fully vaccinated, which meant I couldn't get my COVID vaccine certificate. Unsurprisingly, the receptionist who greeted me on the phone cut me off mid-sentence to transfer me to one of the nurses. The nurse who fixed up my record was nice, as were the other medical staff I've interacted with. I'd be remiss not to mention a receptionist called Sasha who was very kind but unfortunately it's not enough redeem the rest of her colleagues.

Came in without a booking and was quickly set up with an appointment. The team at this centre are fast and super friendly. Great bulk billing service, highly recommend and will be returning for future appointments!

A completely unethical medical practice. First time here and I was refused the right to see a doctor as I did not had a covid test before entry. My medical issue hasn’t got a single covid symptom but I was refused medical help.

Always have a very positive and professional experience here, most recently brought my elderly mother in for her COVID vaccination. Even though the centre was super busy for both jabs, the waiting time was short. The team (reception, nurses & doctors) were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Thank you!

A great and reliable medical centre. Staff at front desk are always lovely and helpful despite how busy it gets, and the doctors are always professional and thorough, and not to mention lovely to chat to. My go-to clinic.

I had a great experience going to this Medical Centre and Pharmacy. As a visually impaired person, the staff were patient, friendly and extremely professional. It was so convenient to have the Medical Centre and Pharmacy close to each other. I didn't wait long to see a doctor and the pharmacist dispensed my script really quickly.

Do not try and call this place - EVER. You'll wait for an hour (!) on the phone And then a rude receptionist will simply tell you that there's nothing she can do about it! - Apologies is a good start. No one has outlawed manners and basic customer service! Then, you have finished your conversation she'll simply hang up! Seriously the worse reception team. Considering the amount of calls and people they have through the door - more helpful and well mannered staff is advisable!

Good for bulk bill and had great experience with all the doctors and nurses overall.
But the receptionists are really rude and don’t care. Booked a phone consultation in the morning been waiting till 3pm still no call so called to check been told call till 6pm and hung up the phone. I spent the rest of the day looking at my phone till 4 mins before 6pm still no call so I called again turned out they made mistake on my phone number! And no one bothered to check! And I was waiting for important test results!

I have been visit Dr Mira Drakons has since before covid 19. She has been asking me have test keeping me out of the centre. I had two test result nagative. Her behavies so rude and anger. Today in our aria there no case and her behavies make me so give up. Even I do not ask her she took my file and call me for consultation she was with rude and sent me out of center and I felt just pist of sucher adventage personj ust making money and no for health service. Since covid on, I did not taken care my health for my cronic, sinus and bronchide from her. This is so sad and not nice to know some of health sector people working only for money.

Working at a specialist medical practice in the area, this has to be the worst medical centre to deal with - extremely rude reception and that's if you can get through to the practice at all.

The reception staff need customer service training, especially the older lady with glasses who is consistently grumpy and rude. I phoned 3 times for a blood test follow up and the phone was picked up and put straight back down again each time. God help those who have serious medical issues, this Medical Centre won't be much help to those people. There is little or no care factor amongst the staff and duty doctors.
