The sales and rental team at Belle property are an absolute credit to real estate in Australia. The professionalism, open communication and transparency is second to none. I highly recommend this team if you are looking to rent or sell your property.

We recently completed a 6 month rental and would due to our experience would re-consider ever selling our own place with Belle Property Annandale.

Positives:
- Basic transaction of the rental agreement was done on-time and fairly efficiently. Our bond was returned within 5 days and Renee was always responsive.

Negatives:
- Rental agreement was issued for the previous tenants. The condition report was also from the previous tenants when they moved in 4 years earlier. (This was evident from their names not being replaced on either document).
- The house was in dire need of maintenance – as you would expect after 4 years of not reviewing the condition. This extended to the carpets (not cleaned in years), the doors (multiple internal doors did not shut), rear door (did not lock), shelves (not fixed to the wall) and front fence palings stuck on with blu-tack. The trees in the back garden were so overgrown they were generating complaints from the neighbours. As a final sensory insult, there was the distinct smell of cat urine throughout.

However, I could look passed these issues if the agency operated with some basic degree of integrity. Alas, not even that was evident.

In mid April, 2020 – the middle of the COVID shutdown – a principal agent notified us that they house would be sold, with 8 weeks of inspections twice a week. This came as a shock considering the need for social distancing. Having a up to 50 people through your home twice a week during this time was not appropriate for our family with a vulnerable member.

Despite informing the agent of this situation, they were simply incapable of acting responsibly or morally. This was not a hard decision – the value of human life should trump financial commissions in all instances.

Fortunately, the government also agreed and banned open house inspections only 10 days later. This was clearly foreseeable and the agent and Belle Property Annandale should not have acted immorally. We should not have to live in a country where government rules dictate an agent's moral code.

All in all, a disgraceful display of judgement. Little did Belle Property know that we're selling our house later this year and we were planning on using them. Absolutely no way we would consider this now.

Have been a renter for quite a while, and I can honestly say that the experience I had with Belle Property Annandale was one of the best I have had. In particular, my dealings with Renee - our property manager - were fantastic. She was not only extremely professional and excellent at her job, but her natural display of empathy and care really set her apart. A great business with amazing staff.

Anastasia was our property manager and we could not speak more highly of her. She was responsive to both our tenants and our needs, and very professional in all aspects of managing our property.

I have bought and sold a lot of property over the years and have met many good and bad realestate agents. Simone Azzi from Belle Annandale stands out as one of the best. For this reason not only did I purchase a property through Simone, I chose Simone to sell the property as well. I found her to be a straight talking, knowledgeable professional who went above and beyond the regular scope of an agent, making the whole process stress free and streamlined. Simone secured a sale with 2-3 weeks of the property going on the market for a record price for the building. In my eyes she deserves agent of the year.
I would be delighted to work with Simone from Belle Annandale again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

It's been a pleasure working with the team at Belle over the last 7 years. In particular I must make mention of my property manager Anastasia Horozakis. I have found Anastasia so easy to work with, I am confident in all the work she carries out for me and on my property. She is an asset to the business.

The team at Belle Property Annandale are a refreshing change to the Innerwest. All of the staff have shown professionalism and exceptional negotiation skills in sales and property management. As an owner and tenant I greatly recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had the agent try to claim costs of landscaping as part of our bond return, unethically didn't share invoices with me (we're going to tribunal due to this now), and through out tenancy failed to fix ceiling leaks when notified (this is the owner's detriment too), amongst other issues. Unsure how they are as a buyer/seller, but couldn't recommend less for rental tenancies.

Best agency I've rented through in 15 years. Belle Property Annandale is a breath of fresh air and a totally different renting experience. Belle Property staff are professional, communicate beautifully and in a timely way, are helpful, and genuine.

Renee Abdallah was my Property Manager for 12 months and she was always so helpful. She was professional and always easy to contact which made it so easy to resolve any issues.

Anastasia Horozakis from Belle Property in Annadale was incredibly professional and always a pleasure to deal with.

From the initial inspection all the way through past our move in date Simone Saadi (leasing manager) was exceptional. She went above and beyond what she needed to, with the application process, negotiations and also having our pet application approved by strata. Walter, my property manager, has been a real pleasure to deal with. He is very responsive to every concern I have with my rental unit (within reason) and is very efficient and quick to act.

Maria knows Camperdown backwards, and understands what is achievable. In a contracting market, she was able to get the best price for my apartment. She also knows when to push on an offer, and when to accept. I highly recommend her.

Belle Property has been a pleasure to deal with since day 1. I moved into a place in Annandale and had Anastasia as my property manager. She was a dream to deal with and made the whole tenancy just that little bit more enjoyable. 5 Stars!

Renee Abdallah was our property manager, she offered good property management service during our tenancy. She was friendly and efficient, always gave us good suggestions and prompt reply.

And we have our full bond back in less than two days after vacating the property. Renee is a great property manager, we would recommend her to others!
