Belle Property Annandale

The only thing that was more of a relief for us than buying our first home (not through this agency!) was leaving behind renting and the awful property manager at Belle Property Annandale.
Our property manager was Renee and we constantly found her to be incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. The Belle Property website states that “She is a practised problem solver, using exceptional listening skills to identify the key issues in any complication which may arise”, however as tenants, we found that not a single issue was resolved in our 2 year tenancy without multiple follow ups and constant chasing.
When we first got into the unit we discovered that the kitchen had severe water damage from a flood that had occurred prior to our tenancy that resulted in warped and rotting floorboards. This took months to fix and required multiple follow ups and absolutely no problem solving or care at all from Renee despite her write up on the website stating that she “strives to ensure every property is well looked after and a positive asset to their portfolios”.
A further example towards the end of our tenancy was when we reported that there appeared to be mould damage potentially from a leak in the roof in the bathroom, to which not even an inspection was arranged to look at the issue, despite our health concerns.
To top it off, after handing in our keys Renee completely ignored our emails and calls requesting confirmation that the final inspection was acceptable and instead of approving our claim for our bond back straight away made us wait the 14 days.
As a tenant, the lack of respect and care from this agency was incredibly disappointing and now as a property owner, I could never imagine leaving my home in the management of a company that has so little care for the property it manages.
Definitely do not recommend!

You could only describe Jason as an absolute professional who is an expert in his field and his advice and guidance second to none. However one of his most endearing qualities is how personable he is not only making you feel relaxed and special but knowing he is striving for the greatest outcome that he can possibly reach for you. Walter is a legend! While I was not involved in buying/selling or renting with Belle Property, Walter went the extra mile to help my wife and I find a parcel that was accidentally delivered to one of their (currently unoccupied) units. The birthday gifts for my daughter would have otherwise been lost forever. Thank you so much Walter!

Easy and well informed
Blake help sell my parent's property during Sydney's extended lockdown, his flexibility during this time is to be commended. Blake's knowledge and experience in the area is excellent and he was able to obtain an offer that was well above expectations and avoided the hassle of an auction. Overall an easy experience for a stressful process.

Simone was very efficient and understanding of our needs. She was always pleasant and she and her team achieved a great result for us. Simone has an amazing knowledge of the local area and market trends. It is also commendable that Simone gives so much of her time to support local charities. She is a tireless worker.

Exceptional

Our building provided a unique challenge, being a company title building, but that did not hinder Simone from jumping right in! From day one, she was a joy to work with. Her passion for her family and heart for the community really attracted me to her firstly, but her professionalism, attention to detail and her nature of hospitality are you hat truly inspire me to recommend her to ANYONE ready to purchase or buy a property! She went above an beyond making sure everyone in our apartment building felt safe with visitors during lock down, she observed building protocols whilst also making it such a beautiful experience for those inspecting. Simone’s handling of the end to end process of our house sale was amazing. No Mucking Around
Our experience with Simone was excellent. We had a really great feeling about the home as soon as we walked through the door and by the end of our inspection were convinced that it was the one for us. Simone was very transparent about the process and what was important to the vendors; this really helped with our offer making process and really enabled us to get a deal done quickly - no mucking around! Would be very happy to deal with Simone again and will certainly be going back to her if we decide to sell in the future.

Joseph has been good with the communications from the start, when I first enquired about the unit and came to inspect during the challenges of lockdown. He kept me informed and was clear about the vendor's expectations, and was straight-talking through the before-auction offer process. There were some nitty gritty issues to get sorted out, a bit of back and forth with the vendors and solicitors, and he was always on the job. He's knowledgeable, practiced, and approachable and made a potentially very stressful experience, less stressful. This is my fourth purchase of residential property and though he's still a young one (either that, or he's got great genes), I was confident that I was in good hands.
