Walter Pezzuto has been our managing agent for the last 7 years.he has been fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. Repairs were always organised quickly and at competitive prices. Walter then helped us organise the property to get it ready for sale, including getting it painted and some repair work, after the tennant had moved out. We then used Rob Clarke and his sales team to sell the property. They were so professional, and followed up all prospective purchasers, which resulted in a very successful auction. Would highly recommend Belle for either property management or sales.

Gazumping and Dutch auction specialists. Being a registered auction bidder assisting a friend purchasing a property these cowboys rejected a $5,000 better bid and had the audacity to call it a sign of ignorance not making it a $10,000 better bid. Imagine being a seller using this agency! I.e. Having an agency you pay commission to rejecting a better bid for your property. You have been warned.

We have known Robert and his team for a quite a number of years and he sold other places for us, and did a great job each time. This is the reason why we again asked Robert to act for us in the sale of our flat. Robert and his team have been excellent throughout the whole process of selling our flat. Starting with advice late last year to wait, around April this year, we decided on Robert's advice to sell our flat. Robert and his team presented us with great strategies and helped us with the presentation of the flat in preparation for the sale. Everything was done in a timely manner, good planning. Even COVID-lockdown did not stop them from working on our behalf.
