Blake helped us sell our terrace in Camperdown in April ‘23. Blake was incredibly helpful in helping us decide on the sales approach, house styling, marketing and great tips on minor improvements to the house that added significantly to the sale. Blake was open and friendly throughout the process and we felt very confident and comfortable in Blake’s ability to help us sell at a great price.

He also very kindly helped with navigating the auction process for our new house - his expertise made a massive difference on the day!

Simone and her team, Ralph and Jonathan are warm, friendly agents with a non-pushy approach to selling. They were helpful with questions and organising private viewings of the property and were quite transparent throughout the buying process. We are very happy with our result.

The agents here are so rude. They have tried to charge us rent and bond for a rental we decided we did not want to continue with, we just handed in an application, no deposit or lease was signed and they continued to try and charge us. They were not nice about it or apologetic of their mistake. Definitely do not go with this agency!

In an already difficult Sydney rental market, having to deal with Eli Gallwey was yet another headache. For someone who claims to be "an enthusiastic and efficient real estate professional", she proved to be the opposite. Calling people "babes" over the phone and conveying a dismissive and condescending attitude when faced with the most basic of questions regarding a rental application seemed to be her modus operandi. I can't imagine the owner of the property would be appreciative of her unprofessional treatment of potential tenants.

I have only good things to say about Belle Property Annandale. I have rented the same property for the last seven years and have always been looked after by the team (and the amazing landlord!). Anastasia and Stephen made my tenancy run as smoothly as possible with any concerns over the years dealt with in a timely and friendly manner. The moving out process was explained to me very well - it couldn’t have been easier! I’m sad to leave after so many years but I know whoever moves in next is in good hands:)
