Big shout out to Nadim and Tim who helped me with my purchase last weekend. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and spent the time to go through the options with me even though it was late in the day. They really listened and understood my needs as a customer. My wife & I recently bought our new Audi Q3 Sportback from Audi Artarmon. We both can not praise the level of service & care that was shown to us from the minute we walked into the dealership, firstly & foremost from Chris Alderton & then Cameron Jordan Hawkins. I personally bombarded both of these gentlemen with questions & requests for certain extras that we wanted on the car & nothing was ever too much. Not only did they put up with my calls, emails & requests, but they delivered 100% on everything & always with respect & a smile on their faces. The care shown during the purchase process & after sales has been second to none. I honestly could not praise or recommend Audi Artarmon enough, especially both Chris & Cameron. Thank you to you both, it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with you.

They engaged me to look at a possum issue in their showroom and after spending a couple of hours on the inspection and report they refused to pay me $150 inspection fee. The comment I got back from the manager is that he would rather live with the possums in his showroom than pay money to remove them. Based on this comment what type of experience will you get from these tight arses

Service department wiped my logs and told me that it had no faults showing. My VCDS logger told me different before I booked it in there Short of the long is they refused to fix a warranty issue and wiped my ecu logs to avoid doing so Can't be trusted. Cost me 1100 to get it fixed later on at another dealer once out of warranty. Take your car elsewhere

Shout out to Mitch for his help in what was supposed to be a simple test drive. 1 week later I find myself an Audi owner! And a very happy one at that. Provided me with a stack of information, wasn’t too pushy - which is important to me and he was patient.

Post sales calls for added extras was somewhat annoying 2/3 calls a day plus emails. Presuming a separate division.

But this didn’t detract from my thoughts of Mitch’s service.

Thanks for the response but i received confirmation on all 3 emails i sent.i have them so obviously system not working two well.when somebody reviews its probably better to not assume that the persona reviewing is in the wrong.this is the first review I've written but I'm not going to argue about it. I have enquired about 3 vehicles over the last week at this dealership, NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I will now purchase my new audi from another dealership.joke

Very unimpressed with the service centre here. Our car was dropped off for repair, they kept it for 2 days, then only when we arrived to collect it did they tell us that they hadn't managed to fix the problem. We have since had it repaired at another Audi centre who informed us that they get numerous complaints and need to redo the work of this dealership. Couldn't recommend it and definitely wouldn't go back.

After having a negative experience in Mercedes Canberra, I wasn't expecting much better in Sydney. I could not have been more suprised. Ben was fantastic. He is flexible, efficient and courteous. He could not have been any better. This was followed up by Madeleine who was also outstanding. I will be considering Audi Alto when it comes time to replace my Mercedes. In the meantime i will happily recommend to people I
know to skip Canberra and go to Sydney. Stay the weekend and checkout Audi Alto. Simply fantastic.

So slow to process car in morning, sat in car 30 minutes to be looked after. Service cost double of other competitors after i found out what they did on service.
Requested car to be washed yet received an even dirtier car on pick up.
Dont waste your time here, Alto group are poor in service no matter which manufacturer they sell.

Dear Steve,

I am writing to you to say thank you to the Alto repair team for repairing my vehicle.
I had a small accident in my RS3 a few months ago and unfortunately I went with the recommended repairer from the insurance company.
It was a big mistake on my part as the car was a complete mess when it was returned to me.
After voicing my dissatisfaction with the works I advised the insurer that my car will now be fixed by Audi professionals and had the vehicle moved to Audi Alto for repairs.
I met with John who took the time to go through all the problems and concerns I had with the car. From then on everything went well and now I have my car back and repaired the right way.
I’d like thank John for his expertise and negotiation on my behalf with the insurer and attention to detail when it comes to looking after my car.
I would also like to say a big thank you to Libby, who was always keeping me up to date with everything that was going on behind the scenes. Her communication was second to none throughout the entire time from when my car was dropped off to when it was finished. She even organised it to have the car serviced while it was there so I would save more time.
And finally thank you to the trades people who put my car back together returning it to its original condition and putting a smile on my face.
Although I hope I won’t have to in future, but if I ever have to repair my Audi in future I will know the place my car will be going to. Audi Alto Artarmon.

Recently had my one year old Q7 serviced. Told them about the screeching brake noise, and the fact that many new Q7 have the same problem according to the internet users. The staff dismissed the fact that it is a common problem, and said "people on the internet talk about all sorts of problems". After the service the screech still there. The staff said all cars screech when braking, the only way to "fix" it is to apply a hard brake. I expect a recall of Q7 for a thorough fix of this annoying problem. But before then, at least the service centre should acknowledge this problem.

I have just purchased an Audi SQ5 from Alto Artarmon and gladly give this business five stars. I was chauffeur driven from the station to the dealership by Bruce who is a very knowledgeable gentlemen and terrific ambassador for the dealership, and the customer care continued on from there. Ben is an excellent consultant who attended the vehicle hand over in spite of it being his day off. I recommend Audi Alto Artarmon for professional, caring service and the willingness to go the extra mile.
