I recently visited Audi Alto Artarmon and had a fantastic experience. Berat was incredibly helpful and patient in answering all my inquiries about a new car. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable. Thank you, to the staff for their excellent assistance.

Have been meaning to write this review for a while. We absolutely love our car and wanted to thank you guys for the amazing service throughout the process! Thanks to Waqas as well for helping out!

All the staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Even with unexpected delays at my end the staff were warm and understanding.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2021 Audi A6 from Audi Alto.

As an interstate buyer it was daunting purchasing a vehicle I had not seen personally, nor test drove.

Dealing with Rhani from the pre-owned team through the processes was quite reassuring. He went above and beyond for all my requests, from sending me photos (close ups) of the entire interior and exterior, videos of the car, to driving the car on several occasions, once to a family member and the other time to a friend for it to be test driven.

Rhanis service went well and truly above my expectations.

I couldn’t recommend Audi Alto enough for anyone looking at buying a new or a pre-owned car.

I will never buy from Audi Alto Artarmon & I suggest you do not either.

This has been one of the worst and most painful experiences my friends have ever had.

My friends purchased a pre-owned Audi SQ5 from the Audi Artarmon team and they promised to fix certain things and came to delivery day and it wasn’t fixed, they were advised by the manager John to take the car home and to bring it back in a few weeks and they will fix it but they live 1 hr from the dealership so it made it so inconvenient.

The sales manager advised in the meantime to email pictures and details if issues with the car, which they did.

Audi Alto Artarmon took the car back for two weeks painted the door (that had scratch marks on it) A WRONG COLOUR CODE OF WHITE AND NEVER FIXED THE MECHANICAL ISSUES.

Fast forward 8 months the issues are still there and Audi Alto Artarmon are claiming it to be normal for the car to vibrate and shudder when turning (which in fact isn’t true because a friend has purchased the same car and it doesn’t do it).

Now there’s a new sales manager and general manager at Audi Alto Artarmon and the general manager Tim has advised it’s not his responsibility to repair the car as he wasn’t the general manager at the time of sale despite Zabi calling our friends after lodging a complaint with Audi Australia and fair trading, Zabi asked to give them a second chance to fix everything but as typical car sales people they over promise and under deliver and refusing to fix mechanical issues with the car that is a safety hazard.

Terrible service from all the team at Audi Artarmon and don’t recommend purchasing because post sale experience is bad and coming from a prestigious brand I thought our friends would be treated better.

After hearing what has happened to our friends, I would never go near Audi Alto Artarmon.

An exceptional customer experience! The staff were more than accommodating, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. These things have made my experience of becoming an Audi owner an absolute pleasure.

Good place for purchasing your Audi, but not that great when it comes to servicing and fixing your car.

I recently purchased a Q3 and was looked after by Sebastian. From the first test drive to when I drove away, the whole experience was seamless and super efficient. Sebastian went the extra mile and was very attentive to my questions and what I was looking for in a new car. He was well versed in the technology and features in the car and made sure that I was comfortably set up in my new Q3 before driving away. Sebastian phoned me a couple of times since delivery which was really appreciated since there were questions I’d forgotten to ask at the dealership. The car itself is great - high on technology, excellent fuel efficiency, plenty of luxury features and a pleasure to drive. I’d highly recommend a visit to Sebastian and the guys at Audi Artarmon. They go over and above with looking after their customers.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ainsley who assisted me with the purchase of my first ever car! Couldn’t be happier with the level of service and expertise. Ainsley was so accommodating and friendly and made the whole experience run so smoothly. 5 stars for customer service and taking the time to really get to know my family and I! We will be return customers for life. Thanks again!:)

I had the pleasure of dealing with Antoine in buying my RS3! Top gentleman and impeccable service, a minor issue came up and he had it sorted in no time. I will be buying future cars from Audi Artarmon and Antoine in particular.

The level of after sales customer service I received was unparalleled; Tim Wu, the sales agent provided AAA customer support and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The business manager, Jegadish, was also very professional and knowledgeable in provision of financial services. Would definitely recommend Audi Alto Artarmon to deal with.

I just bought a car and Ainsley made the experience so comfortable and seamless. He was friendly, accomodating and generally provided great customer service. I’m very pleased with my car and with Audi Alto Artarmon.

I strongly recommend that you THINK TWICE about bringing your vehicle to the panel repair shop at Audi Alto Artarmon - your money would be better spent elsewhere, and likely with a more reasonable quote.

First of all, the panel repair shop mixed up my vehicle’s paint repair and touched the rear door without my consent. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue except for the fact that they left a NEW SCRATCH on the door that they had accidentally taken apart. The repair shop refused to accept any responsibility for this despite the fact that the scratch was absent on all the original photos that THEY had taken at my vehicle’s drop-off. The manager tried to justify this by claiming that - in reference to the photos taken at drop-off - “minor damage may not show up on certain images… and we do not accept responsibility for this”. In other words, they will shift responsibility for any damages inflicted during the repair process, instead blaming the quality of their camera and it’s inability to capture clear photos. Not only this, the customer service from the panel repair shop is non-existent, and I am appalled by the manner in which they handled customers’ concerns. My horrendous experience with the repair shop has made me question the validity of the criteria at which Audi selects it’s panel repairers for it’s network, as the one at Audi Alto Artarmon lacks severely in both quality and service. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Last week, we purchased Q5 from this branch, and had a wonderful experience with them. Their staff, especially Antoine was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient and kindly responded to all our queries and made sure the delivery was smooth. Kudos to this dearlership and all their staffs.
