Thanks Ainsley for taking care of the whole car purchasing process for me. Going out of your way to arrange an early delivery of the car for me was appreciated.

Took an age to get served at drop off, and even worse at pickup (35 minutes). Car was washed and vacuumed, and issues sorted. Averaged out ok I guess.

Drove from Kiama to inspect a used Audi Q5 as advertised. Rang from Heathcote at 10am opening time to check if car still there. Told we would get call from Used Car Sales. No call but pressed on. Arrived at Artarmon were told couldn't find car. Subsequently informed car had been damaged over weekend. Follow up contact from Senior Management proved this to be true, but overall the experience was not a good one and wasted the day. Additional contact from Management has gone a long way toward re-establish ing trust.
