Audi Alto Artarmon

We recently purchased a vehicle at Audi Artarmon. We were looked after by Mitch who was very professional and friendly. We have bought Audi Q7 demo from audi alto Artarmon and our sales consultant harichandran Ainsley looked after us very well.he did a excellent Job throughly from the very first day till the pickup date.between the period he guided us and explained the procedure. The service Matthew Leeming provided was exceptional. We had our car windows tinted with Permaguard here at Audi Artarmon and it turned out great. Very slick service but boy-oh-boy do you $pay$ for it. A simple oil change $630 was a shock. $190 for 5l of oil that cost $65 from shop and a list of charges like $25 workshop consumables, $25 consumable disposal etc all adds up. Does it really cost $50 for a set of latex gloves and a cloth? C'mon guys.

The experience I had with Audi Artarmon really worth only 2.5 stars. While they have been lovely to sell me the car, and specially to find a great finance (really good rate) The sale person just promised elements that are not true, also the car was not perfectly cleaned when delivered. Indeed, the BMW I purchased didn't have Apple CarPlay, but when I asked the salesman told us "Yes of course! ". Then when asking to show it, it became "I will need to ask someone" and finally to say "it's not installed but it will appear in the new update. " Now I have the car and I'm still waiting for it (I'm really disappointed on this point). The second point was on the delivery and the detail cleaning as promised was actually a quick cleaning: (
Overall the people were lovely (I guess it's normal when you spend $$$$) but it was over what they actually deliver as service and I found it disappointed when there is actually no point to lie.

I have been searching for a customer centric Audi dealership and Service Centre for a while now, and these guys rock. Febyola arranged a test drive of a 2021 SQ7 whilst my Q7 got a priority service on a failed A/C fan. Thorsten in Service was friendly and professional, sourcing the replacement part and fitting the next day. Can you guess where I might be buying my next car from

Couldn't recommend.
Ainsley was ok with getting me a good deal, but as always they tried to up sell on finance. I saved over 3K using my own finance. Tried to push me into getting finance through them with fast approvals. Requested 2K holding deposit which is ridiculous. Royden and Anna on the phone were extremely unhelpful and rude. Overall not the most pleasant customer experience.

Very sad place to buy a car from. When I ask the guy to compare q7 and q5, the response is: one has 5 seats and the other has 7. After a wait of 15 mins, I got some broachers printed in black and white. Can you imagine choosing a car colour. I still have no idea how much Alto wants to sell a new q5 for. I was shown a second hand car for 66k. I don’t think I will be back.

Great experience dealing with Ainsley and Chris. I was after a specific vehicle and they had one of the onoly 2 available in NSW. The one I bought off Ainsley is mint and I got a great vehicle for a good price. Dealing with these guys is a breeze and their back room staff are great as well. Thank you guys and when my wife's due to upgrade her A3 we'll be in to see you. Please remember to ring her and tell her she's not to drive my RSQ

They were brilliant from the start: Tim (Salesperson) and Chris (financial Manager) were pleasant to deal with, very professional, courteous, helpful and I would definitely buy a car from them again.
When I initially made my inquiry they explained everything, let me try the drive test without any pressure, very patient, answered numerous questions, were easy going and the best part was NO HARD SELL and NO CHEAP Salesman talk.
They gave me a great price and threw in a few extras which was very nice of them. After sales service and handover was also great.
