Communication is great if there are any maintance issues and there is a thorough screening of tennants which were all run by us before picking someone to occupy our property. Arnold Property are very professional and very friendly, which is very refreshing, as many other real estate agents my partner and I have rented with are much more focused on the property owner, sometimes to the point of neglecting the tenants.
We have moved away from the area for the moment, but we would happily rent with them again.

Arnold Property manage three of our rental properties and they are excellent. Whilst we have a dedicated property manager for each one, being a family owned and operated business, all staff pitch in where necessary to ensure a high service standard every time. I have had previous properties managed by other local property management services and I would not say their service even came close to that of Arnold's.

Arnold Property are amazing landlords. Not many tenants can say that, and actually mean it, about their real estate. They are super friendly, prompt, professional and most of all respectful. Unfortunately 8 years on my partner is still speechless as to how he was treated as a tenant.he was an executive relocation that kept his place immaculate, including yards and gardens and was charged his bond for unweeded gardens and a fly in a light fitting.
He could buy this company over twice and now owns multiple million dollar properties that he would never dream of putting through this company at the risk they would treat his tenants the same way.

Happy to have rented from them. In the beginning it was a bit stormy but the end was smooth and comfortable. They are very systematic, professional, and courteous in their dealings. Staff were very good and prompt in resolving queries.
