As a renter I found Arnold Property firm but fair. We kept the place immaculate and made every effort to get on very well with our neighbours, if you treat the house with respect, you will get respect back. They were slow to fix some issues with the house (broken floorboard due to some dodgy owner DIY) but quick to fix others, including speaking with the owner to get a bathroom fan installed. I would have every faith in them as a landlord, they clearly make every effort to hold Tennant's accountable and every inspection we had was professional and friendly. Overall a very good experience. If we do ever purchase an investment property in Newy & rent it out, I would have no hesitation to use their service.
