We have found Arnold Property Real Estate very efficient, prompt easy to approach whenever a problem ever arises.
Michael is our property manager at the moment and we find him fair, understanding and he has his finger on the pulse with the property.
Overall we are more than happy with the service we receive, and are happy to give them a 5 star rating.

Hopefully the old man has retired very unprofessional! It’s my life goal to make sure people hear my story with this real estate! Wish I could say I had a good property manager but we went though 5 so who knows! They even let people in off the street to inspect the house even though covid was a thing! It was only ment to be one person who had booked for the inspection not stand on the street and invite people in! The worst experience ever someone should ask me about the out going inspection now that gets my blood going!

I rented the same property through Arnold Property in Newcastle for over 10 years. My interstate move was made easier from first contact whilst inspecting an initial property, they understood my urgency and made suggestions of other properties that would meet my needs to enhance opportunities of securing one. When we were broken into Steve personally attended the property to ensure both us and the property were okay. Communications were professional and courtesy, Maintenance issues (we had very few in 10 years) were dealt with promptly. Our outgoing inspection and handover of keys was seamless, Steve was thorough and fair- only very minor cleaning issues (easily rectified) - have noted other reviews imply tenants are penalised for not using Arnold's cleaners- whilst a list of preferred cleaners is provided, we opted to complete the end of lease clean ourselves- with no fallout or issues, we were provided a detailed Final Inspection guide, that we followed- resulting in a positive outcome for both us and Arnold's.

The team at Arnold, are professional, timely and thorough. As a landlord who rent's out several properties through Arnold, I can surely say that the experiences of both the landlord and tenant engaging with Arnold would be fantastic. They are reliable and prompt in their service, making sure repairs raised by tenants are communicated straight away and press the landlord's for a solution with an array of reasonable options. They work on balance, by acknowledging good tenants, and only suggesting rent raises that are fair or recommending relief if appropriate, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I want to especially thank Larnah, who is extremely knowledgeable about her field, who is always available at a moments notice and, who promptly addresses requests by both landlords and tenants. She is also incredibly down to earth, which makes for an all round positive experience. Larnah takes out any stresses of managing these investments, and will do the ground work with you to make sure its smooth sailing for all parties involved.

I transitioned management of my properties after a recommendation from a friend, and a very poor experience from my former property managers. Since then I have never looked back. This professional relationship will continue for the long term, because the team are no doubt the best in Newcastle.
