It was such an amazing shopping experience. The staff called Shiba was extremely helpful and patient even I went there quite late at night. Shiba was helping me to solve the issue and tried to help me to get the best solution almost 2 hour. Extremely appreciated and adore the way she helps customer.

My wife and I visited the Apple store in George Street Sydney on Sunday 7 February 2021, My wife and I were wearing the mask when we entered the store and we were waiting to be served at our designated time. A security guard approached us and asked my wife to put her mask up to cover her nose. We then explained that she suffers from Asthma and she has a certificate from her doctor stating that she cannot breathe with the mask over her nose, then the security guard got extremely aggressive and spoke to both me and my wife loudly in such language that was very offensive. Then four other security guards joined in with intimidating comments which made us feel that they have no respect to their customers. I am very surprised that the apple store at George street would promote such aggressive behaviour by members of their staff. We left disappointed and did not end up buying the iPhone we were after.

Had a great experience there buying my HomePod, the staff were very friendly and nice in serving me and answering my question about the HomePod and also told me how I could get the tax refund at the airport. Would love to come back here again

Terrible experience at the Genius Bar. Apple, how can a company continue to advocate customer advocacy, when you have one of your very own store leaders, Gabbie/Gaby (not sure how you spell his name) put words in one’s mouth, look and talk to you in a despised way? Absolutely disgraceful, no reason for it whatsoever. I sense a bit of prejudice. Should be ashamed of yourself.

The most rude person ever! I had no appointment and was told a 3 hour wait for repairs. Having explained that I wont be in the city in 3 hours time if I could secure a meeting for Monday. Told outright no appointment till Wednesday. This "man" standing with an Ipad acting like God. Apple you are making money in spite of yourselves. Treat your client with dignity. You have some bad staff

Big Apple stores for the fans out there. Very classy store design and helpful staffs. Worth a visit as there's quite a few interesting accessories to compliment your precious Apple devices. Over crowded every time.

Awesome service. Chris, who facilitates the hands on lessons on level 2 was extremely helpful. Got my 2 girls to join the sketching class, which was really engaging. Very nice facilities as well.

Unfriendly staff. You need to book an appointment. I was surprised to see how many people with this expensive devices are having issues. Appointment is normally available only after a week or more.

Always absolutely packed! Making reservation doesn't mean much as you'll be waiting either way. Just not a nice place to be and I do what I can to get out quickly.

My partner lost her phone and her apple I'd was connected to it. Apple was very little to no help in fixing issue. Up to 1 week to recover account mean while all her billing data is at risk

Worst absolutely worst company in terms of service, products, ease of use and they top it up with a chaotic apple store run by school kids who have no idea of what they're doing and have no customer service with zero focus on customers.

First time I “tried” to use Apple service. Its a scam. They advertise a battery replacement for $39 and when you try to get it they do everything they can not to replace the battery - even-though you have to pay for it!

Fantastic service from the Genius Bar located on the third floor. The wait, even without an appointment, was quick. An iPhone screen replacement only took 45 minutes. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.

Apple store's signature look no doubt gives you that look that yes you are there. Amazing and personalized customer service e that you feel so connected to the product. You are not made to wait for long too.

Just purchased my Iphone Max. Long waiting backup process, stayed here more than 3 hours. Some staffs very rude, not allow to use bathroom, directed me to Mcdonald. My 5th purchase of Iphone this year, I have different unhappy encounter with the rude staffs. I recommend Apple to upgrade staff standard in term of their knowledge, manner and altitude towards customer as your product price increases each year. DO CHARACTER ASSESSMENT, NOT HIRING RUBBISH!

Not a pleasant visit. The staff told me that it’s ok for seek technical solution if not booked but the lady on level 2 checked the time slot and told me the earliest time to see my issue in almost 3 hours. For this constant connection drop issue between iPods and iPhone XS is sooo annoying. Anyway I have to book another time to come again.

Glowing example of a business where rigid systems take precedence over common sense and basic customer service.

Too many staff standing around referring customers to one, overburdened staff member.

Due to an error in recording a minor detail on their side, I was told to phone the Apple store and sort it out (I was standing IN the Apple store but no one would help me - policy is policy).

Was not listened to, no eye contact made and the assistant cut me off to deal with two other people.

Long time since I've seen such poor service from a 'leading' brand.
