Made an appointment to buy a new MacBook Pro, greeted at the entrance by Anthony, fast-tracked me through all the Covid-19 stuff and quickly introduced me to Yasmin. Their enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism was first class, such awesome customer service. Flawless transaction from start to finish. Keep up the good work

We waited 30 minutes que to purchase some accessories for apple watch and Mac. We were shown a range of options and was informed that stock is out of order. The person who helped me rather suggested us to order the good online. I mean why would I have made my way all the way to offline store if this was turned back to online purchase on my own? I wouldn’t have chosen to waited that half an hour if I expected that I wasn’t going to be given the minimum service at least- in fact the good the person showed was no longer visible to be on sale on online store.if the person at least looked it up for us and helped us arrange making the order at site, this time wastage wouldn’t have felt so less worthy. On top of the fact that the person was also very unfriendly and unwilling to support our needs and wants (the person didn’t even inform us functions of the accessories we bought for Mac or asked us if we need assistance for using it)

Unfriendly Indian staff. After I finished shopping, an Indian women staff said some rude words to me. They keep on an unhelpful service attitude. I don't have any prejudice, but, I think some of the Indian staff really needs training. Everytime Indian staff is good at making me unhappy. I hope you can unemploy some of your Indian staff.

Service is good, but making us wait in the scorching sun outside is awful. Especially when their security guards are walking about with umbrellas. Need to get a canopy up or something for summer or when it’s raining!

Definitely should have read these reviews before I went into the store. Just wanted to buy an Iphone on my lunch break, after waiting 35min I'm informed that they forgot I was in the line and that I could be waiting another 10-45min. Clearly their system is not working. Should have gone to Jb Hifi.

Apple service has gone wayyy downhill. Sat at the genius bar for over 40 minutes before I finally had to ask somebody what was going on. After they verified there was a fault with dust in the camera module, they told me my only option was to wait for a two hour repair. Since I could not afford to spend all day at the Apple store, I'll have to take another 3-4 hours out of my day to get it fixed later. They flat out refused to just replace the device so I could be on my way, even after making me wait for so long.

Icing on the cake is that the issue involves dust inside the camera assembly causing haze and spots in my photos. How exactly is opening up the phone and exposing it to more dust going to solve the problem, compared to replacing it with a unit that was sealed at the factory?

Yes I have been here quite a lot over the years now! But today when I went to get Apple Suport they did not have any online service with the Philippians or India so not much help! They asked me to give them $2 and they will give us Suport through a email! Not very much help if you are not IT minded! I think Apple can still have better support during times like this ️

Unprofessional staff. Their staff do not respect people time. After three months waiting they give me appointment to fix my AirPod. Firstly they asked me to go there during my work hours at 11 o’clock to check it. Then when I went there they just looking to my AirPod without any test and check. They told me all Apple products should be updated after 2 years, I left there without getting any help. I believe they judge people because of their accent and work clothes. I will never buy Apple products again and I will never go to that store again.

I received faulty iPhone 13 pro max twice…both times it was battery issue…it doesn’t get charged more then 97% and when I restarted it it got 100% and when I reboot it again it shows 10% battery… and second time when I went back to home and open my I phone I found that one of the seal wasn’t there and also there were fingerprints on mobile screen… I am a loyal apple customer from last so many years but this is something happen with me for first time and this is the first and last time I visited to these store… Dtaff behavior was good but I think that there is something wrong with apple phones the sold…I am so sad

Arrived on time for a booked appointment, asked to take a seat waited 30 mins nobody came over no one cared nothing. This is why i oftentimes avoid coming here. Why bother wasting so much money on their products while the service is so lacking? !? !?

Floor Manager Julia (Julie or Jilian) was very supportive and provided me great service as a humanbeing. She is really nice and thanks for your understanding. I had my covid second dose last night and been feeling sick since morning. However, I needed to get my airpod fixed. After booking, I ended to wait for almost 2 hours at the shop and she was looking after me which I did not expect. Finally Daniel served me and he was nice too. Satisfaction is 100%. It is the world best brand and great service

I purchased a new MacBook Air after they offered me a trade-in deal for my old MacBook for a good price ($610), however, this is not a guaranteed price and is subject to change post assessment by re-buying partner; which is fair I guess, but still seems to lack integrity given that my purchase is predicated on that trade-in deal.

The sales attendant conveyed that the trade-in could be dropped off at any Post Office where it would be couriered to the trade-in partner; which is convenient, but what would be more convenient and logical would be to have the drop-off point at the Apple Shop (in Metro areas, anyway).

As it turns out, I'm unable to utilise the Post Office and I must drop off directly to a courier who is inflexible on location changes, meaning, it looks like I'll have to miss a day's work to stay at home from 9-6 to meet courier. Which means I'll miss out on a day's pay that basically makes the benefit's of trade-in redundant.

The Apple tele-service are hot and cold w some team members being very helpful and others incompetent or condescending.

Overall, I'm very disappointed in this entire process which has been incredibly disruptive and frustrating for me, and it's still not over.

Apple charges a silent trade-in partner with responsibility for finishing off the transaction at the time and expense of the consumer, and they basically tell the consumer what they want to hear to make a sale.

Really disappointed with service provided by apple Sydney George street store
I showed the phone and issues on it it’s heating problem of phone and charge is down with in an hour it’s xsmax suddenly charge of phone is decreasing in 30 min from 100% to 20 % and switched off and one of the technician said apple can’t fixed it it’s 2 years old phone
Really embarrassed and he said me to buy new phone lol.
I will put this review on it.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service. Went there with a broken Belkin Screen protector which I had purchased from Apple shop and they said they could not replace it even though it was under warranty! The guy who introduced himself as the team leader or manager for the day, told me that I should Email Belkin directly and ask for a refund and then Belkin would refund me even though I had not purchased the screen protector from Belkin but from Apple!
I contacted Belkin and they said that I could only get a replacement and for a refund I would have to go back to the apple shop as I have purchased the screen protector from the shop.
I cant believe how the so called manager at the apple shop could give me such a fundamentally wrong advice and waste my time.

Still unsure why they make you book an appointment if they will be so slow to assist anyway. 40 mins absolutely wasted just waiting. Staff is very friendly and quick once they get to you though.

After spending almost the last twenty-four hours at the Apple store after what may be the worlds longest back-up, you’d think I’d be sick of the store, but absolutely not! In fact I’ll probably be back next week lmao.

The team at Apple are fantastic, knowledgeable and engaging. Everyone’s super friendly and listened to my Apple and un-Apple related woes equally. They ran any and all tests and gave me the benefit of the doubt that my screen was going beserk even tho it was calm Wednesday night, although I should apologise to those who attempted to touch my screen Thursday.

I’m so grateful to everyone who helped me today and yesterday, from Fred to the girl with the super cute strawberry earrings to the poor bouncer who was confused as to why I was entering the Apple store every five minute and everyone in between. Thank you very much, y’all r the best!

I have an appointment to deal with my headset problem,But there was no service staff who paid attention to me and made me wait for a very long time. I don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment?
And he has a lot of employees standing by the wall in a daze and chatting.
