Massive thanks to Anthony from Genius Bar. Although I wasn’t sure at the time if I could get a replacement or not, he explained to me in a really professional way, the issues with my iPhone’s camera and went beyond to assist and get it fixed.

Came to this store yesterday and today.totally bad experience. Spoke to Vi yesterday at the watch area. She was so rude when she answered my question and looked like she didn't even want to be there. Kept playing with her phone. Then came into the store again today. Was on the first floor, asked another staff named Mili, she was also rude and arrogant. Spoke to me as though I am stupid. Wanted to ask her more, she just walked off to the table at far end where I saw her talking to Vi and another female staff. Was so busy in store today but they are not interested at all to assist customer, just wanna chat with one another. The worst experience I ever had in any apple store.

Every worker in this place was so kind and considerate. Building very cool and futuristic, security is very good and nice, let me charge phone, play games on apple arcade etc.overall great store.

The worst customer service ever I have received! Misleading, miscommunication, lack of knowledge!
I was made to come twice to the shop (two days in row) just to purchase an Apple Watch Hermes that available only in selected stores! (confirming prior the visit). But I ended up purchasing online at home and picking it up the next day.

My first day visit was pointless: wasn’t allowed to see the stand with all the Hermes watches available! Why? ! (Still not getting it) …The guy just showed me one watch that completely was out of my interest and style in the waiting area! Also he had no idea how to switch from one function to another…

My time was waisted, my frustration and disappointment made this purchase unpleasant! It’s supposed to be a happy birthday present for myself!

Thanks Apple Store Sydney for unforgettable experience!

This is the worst customer service in my life. One stuff name is Celine and her manager Gabriel, I got my new iPhone in covid, the WiFi and Bluetooth doesn’t work, but during the covid the apple store doesnt open, so I can’t go the store to exchange, then they say the phone has issue and refuse to exchange it, claim need to remove back parts with a very bad attitude. So disappointed with apple

Booked a battery replacement for my phone. Waited 20 mins after check in. Left my phone and was told it will be ready in 1.5 hour. Came back 1.5 hrs later then was told the phone hadn't been touched yet and would be 1 more hours. Had to take the phone back with nothing been done.
Staffs are friendly.
Good luck folks, hope you can get a better service than I had.

Depends on who serves you. One particular staff doesn't know anything about apple. Just A15 is better than A14. Hopefully He/She will learn from experience or research.

Useless phone support. I've lost so much time navigating their menus and talking to people that are kind of eager to help but not able. I guess they are either hiring random people or just paying them too little.which is sad, given the amount of money they make.

If only there was a good alternative, I would have definitely jumped ship and left Apple's ecosystem long time ago.

Bad Customer service. İt looks all staff are under pressure.
They ask some periods -, are u waiting in queue,? ! What are u looking for? Can u stand a bit far pls?
And buying process time 30 min after you decided to buy something.
İm not sure that is there any air condition system, probably there is but im sure that there is not enough air inside shop.
These are my opinion, respect or not does not important for me.

Expect to explain your life story to 11 different people when you need help. Seems like they discriminate on hiring normal looking people at this place as well.

Went to genius bar on 26th October. Waited 45 minutes just to be told they no longer had replacement in stock and I realised just now that it shows up as cancelled appointment on case history on the apple website. This would not have been an issue if they had told me from the start there was no stock so that I wouldn't have to waste so much time, not to mention how its falsely shown as a cancelled appointment.

Bad experience. Booked an apple watch session with the specialist. They were clueless and did not seem like a specialist at all. Wanted to get some clarity and make a purchase, neither happened due to lack of specialist and watch stock.

Just came to buy airpod case today. And while entering inside met a guy name anish or anikesh i m abit confused with his name. He was from Nepal i guess.thank you so much bro. He really helped so many customers including us.he really made us feel so special and valued our time amd provided proper guidance cause it was our first visit in apple store and we were not that familiar but he made us very comfortable listened about our thing and immediately he helped us.we were not able to say you thank you properly because it was really busy and you were serving other customers. So just wanted to say you a big thank you via this review. Really had an amazing day at apple store.thank you apple store

Poorly organised. Standing in line for a long time before people come up and ask. Chaotic. Staff gathering and chat and ignore customers.
