Just had the most incredible service at this Apple Store. I’m from Sydney and they were absolutely brilliant. Best experience and service I’ve had in a store. They went above and beyond to help me.
Hour wait to have a warrenty claim assessed. What kind of service is that? If you continually don't have the staff to keep up with demand perhaps hire more?
Overall it was pretty good experience, 1st time going to apple, I went in for a screen replacement. I walked straight in and waited for 3 minutes and Elliot came out took my phone and it was all done in just under a hour, I’m very happy with it, price was pretty good, just would take it down a bit. I was looked after well, thanks apple
The experiences I've had here are less than satisfactory. Usually relating to screen replacements. I'd rather live with a cracked screen than go through the drama of dealing with the figurative geniuses here.

Very busy however lots of staff make waiting time short. Had a good conversation about wifi speakers with a young staff member.
Good and attentive service. I was there to change my battery. I booked walking through appointment and I got my repaired phone back just after an hour. Spacious and good customer service. Recommended!
I received a battery replacement service two weeks ago. Take 70 minutes I got my phone. The staff were kind. It was Saturday morning & I spent time parking more. Apple Centre is level 2, shop no. 2022 close to H& M. When I arrived Charlestown Square I couldn’t find & asked people where is Apple Centre.
They have been professional when i've dealt with them with buying the numerous apple products I currently own. Very helpful with repairs too
Well where do i start. Was very busy and wasn't enough staff. Ended up walking out after 15 minutes without getting served
First visit for a service to an iPhone (work phone). Massive store, I couldn't believe how many staff (red shirts) there where on and the diversity of age (and not just geeky young males). Served by a staff member and sent to sit down and wait. Didn't wait long till served to get a battery replaced. Took them 90mins to get it done, with an easy transaction when picking it up.
