72I went to the apple store over the weekend, and as soon as I stepped in the door I was immediately greeted and directed to the lovely young girl who helped me through the rest of my transaction. I left with a new iPhone and Apple Watch, and traded in my old phone for a decent amount of money. I was very impressed by the efficiency and the quality of the service I received.

Appalling customer service. Rude, passive aggressive. My experience was so bad, I went through the online process which was just as awful. After being an Apple customer for over 25 years all I can say is that I'm DONE! Have just ordered my first PC EVER! I resent Apple for having no respect towards the people who put them on the map! If all that's on offer at Apple is overpriced gear that cannot be upgraded and sociopaths in customer service, then that's a HARD PASS from me.

Not very helpful over the phone, cant give me the answer I need, can't talk to someone else, simply robotics human being, and they also keep bouncing the call back and forth and just waste my time
The genuine Apple silicone iPhone covers are poor quality and lose integrity quickly.
In my case, I have now switched to a cover from Bellroy which is leather and comes with a 3 year warranty. It feels great too, really happy with it.
Around midday i went to the apple shop in Charlestown, there was a man grey hair at the entrance, i explained my problem he was of absolutley no assistance at all, in fact quite obnoxious, i expalined to him what needed to happen, and he told me to call Apple, he kept saying this is a retail shop he then said he did not want to engage with me, and said i can talk to a manager, and i did, a manager was caled over, well what a diffence between the 2, the Manager could not be more helpful, he was courteous and extremly patient, my problem was, i had attempeted to reset my phone and the secure phone number for ID verrifiaction was my Vietnamese number, not the new Australian number, the manager asssisted me and we were able to get the iphone back into action, in a short space of time, I can not remember his or the person on the doors name, BUT this manager certainly recovered what was becomming a stressful situation congratulations and thank you for yor assistance it was so much appreciated
I took my ipad here to get fixed and the person who was helping me was rude to me about my tech issue will not be going back to this Apple store
Lined up for over half an hour to enter a extremely crowded store and had to leave because I Felt claustrophobic with so many Unmasked people around me, in this present climate please make even kids wear masks as I don't want them coughing on me
Poor customer service. Called the Apple Charlestown Store for a repair. Spoke to a really rude customer service officer called Tiffany. Offered no solutions and kept mentioning how busy they were. Advised store manager Paul would ring me for my enquiry. No call received. Customer service officer did not take my name or my contact number and hung up twice on me. All my products are from Apple and have Apple Care attached. To be told we are too busy selling to service existing loyal clients is a shame. Not the Apple I know!
Sam gave me the best customer service ever and went above and beyond to help me. My MacBook was fixed in a day and I was thoroughly amazed by the staff who helped me.
Had an appointment booked with the genius bar to diagnose some airpods that weren't working. A friendly staff member went through the process of troubleshooting and since it was still in warrenty the defective airpod was replaced! Super happy with the outcome
Last time I went it was horrible I don't know if it was newly trained staff or what but the floor was messy and I waited 20 minutes for someone to ask if I needed help and then was told that they could help me
I would give negative rating if that was possible. Poor customer service, frustrating purchasing and genius bar experience. Apple has lost it's value as a great customer support and service provider. Unfortunate that we invested heavily in apple, now backing off is hard and this jerks are taking advantage of this by delivering poor services.
