Horrible customer service experience. I was told a walk-in booking would be an hour and a half.when I came back in an hour and a half I was it's going to be another hour. They had my phone number and an hour and a half to let me know my walking booking was being pushed out.for such a tech savvy company this is completely disappointing.
The Asian guy served me today was really nice and helpful although a bit waiting there. However, the white Pommie guy was really unhelpful and unprofessional, just refused to talk to me not until even I say a word. I really hope you can go to the hell and be fired as soon as possible and never get a job anywhere. Being professional means a lot for not only customer experience but also the branding of business. You rejecting customers means you say “no” to profit and the job you are doing. Nuts!
Good staff and good environment. I took my MacBook for repair, but they said something went wrong with the MacBook capacitor which supplies power to the battery. I bought it almost 10 years ago. They said they couldn't fix it.
Had a wifi connectivity issue and screen was damaged, and i went in to pay to get it repaired.even though my warranty had expired a month prior, they still gave me a brand new iphone completely free of charge (same type that i had). It was fast service, and i was directed to this lovely girl (i cant remember her name, but she was indian - she spoke in hindi to my parents) who had solved the issue.highly reccommend.staff actually want to help you.great environment as well, you are served as soon as you walk in the door.i have been here a couple of times, i dont understand why the store has a 2.7 rating smh.it can be busy at times, but there are sOOOO many staff members there already, its not their fault

I'm screen flashing green light I went to apple they charging me for screen replacement.
They are just make money from us and not support their costumer.
My personal experience not to go with apple pay a lot and get nothing.

This store has definitely being run by a very good manager as found staff extremely helpful and caring. Today was there as got some problem with my earphones and the Support person there EVAN was simply amazing. So knowledgable and helpful. I must say 10/10 for their attitude, support and caring. No doubt Apple Castle tower is the best!
