Travis - Apple ‘genius’ lived up to his title. A most pleasant and knowledgeable Apple customer service person. He spent at least 30 minutes helping us to transfer data from our old iPhone 6 to the new iPhone XR. He asked us what we needed to be done and confirmed with us the completion of every step. We did not have knowledge to do what he did. We highly recommend Travis.he us A+ value. Thanks for your help.

Make sure you book an appointment with them first. We got there 10 mins before our appt and checked if they were running on time. They were running a bit behind so we went and had coffee, came back, took a seat and was served straight away. The guy that helped us with several issues fixed everything. Definitely recommend.

I am not satisfied with the services as I bought IPhone XS through Optus now the phone has some problems but the apple care executive said they are not able to give a new iPhone instead of old ones. I’m very disappointed about that.

Very helpful staff and fixed my phone the same day. Took 3hrs to get an appointment but they did fit me in and replaced the battery the same day. Appreciate it!

Terrible customer service, waited for 25mins after being given an appointment time and the.told it was later. The person who checked me in was rude, very unprofessional and unresponsive. I left this store and would rather travel to Hornsby store, where the staff are friendly and know how to treat customers properly.

Went into Apple Castle Towers today and was served by a gentleman named Paul. He was of great help and dealt with my issue at hand.

The only negative would be the waiting time (hence the four stars).

Hopeless Apple Watch series4 and useless customer service, they believe in selling their products not in customer service at all. I wish I can give them zero star and never gonna buy apple product again in my life. What a waste of money. I feel like I got robbed.

This store as unbelievable so efficient and effective. The customer service is incredible. I'd go there any day. It's a big store it has all you need. It's clean and really designed well.

Made us wait even though we had booked in advance. Random people kept interrupting us whilst we tried to figure out why my device kept restarting. Messy store, messy layout, messy staff organisation.feels more like an old 1980s technology store as opposed to something from the year 2018+.

This apple store is jbhifi in disguise.

It’s always busy here. Lots of staff to serve you and they are generally knowledgeable. In my experience during my visit, the staff member was unsure of a process but had a senior staff member come over to help.

Their service was very poor. Both on the phone and walk in visitation. One female staff was very rude, pretending not hearing my voice when i called her to be helped. Very disappointed. Shame on you.

I made appointment one week before to change the battery. Went Castle hill store. Waiting for 20 minuets. After the man came and telling they cannot do today comeback. Very disappointed. Why Apple customer care people make appointment. When the cannot committee. Very unprofessional people. Such big name no customer service.

Terrible service, told that we had a one hour wait to see staff which was crazy enough, then told that it would turn into a 2 hour wait so we get left wondering aimlessly through the store. Return once again and are told it will take another 20 minutes. Joke of a store.

Just want to commend Ben their store manager for handling my difficult situation calmly and fairly. Well done young man. Apple has a lot of rules around repair of their phone but you saw it through to do the right thing.
