I don't like an associate who was showing me the product. She is not showing me the right apple watch series 7 band and strange behaviour as why I am buying that product. Apple pls correct this

The staff here are mostly really friendly and helpful. Everytime I drop something in to get fixed it is done either same day or within a few days. (ie.yesterday I dropped off macbook and they told me it would be minimum 3 days but maybe 7 day. They called 7 hours later and it was fixed - whole new keyboard and battery and extensive testing).

Not ragging on the apple products themselves, I don't even consider going to another apple store.

Store specific: told me to come back after 40 minutes and I did. My laptop is ready but the technician is nowhere to be seen and had to wait another 10 minutes.

Apple: people wanting to fix their MacBook butterfly keyboard should be aware that they no longer do it for free after 4 years from date of purchase, this info was not easily found online. Also most people don’t even know about this.

They botched a repair job, gave it back with a lot of keys not working. Brought it back for a second time (a "looper" job they called it) and when they gave it back, the staff member tried to get me to sign the release before even giving me a chance to have a look. I had to insist that I made that mistake last time and I want to make sure there were no new issues so I don't have to and she seemed angry at this. Once I made a thorough check, I signed and she marched off immediately. So unprofessional, as if it was my fault they made a mistake with the repairs last time.

A nightmare to get inside the store. And to deal with the army of casual retail assistants is like reasoning with 5 year olds. I regret my visit this afternoon when I was tackled by a very rude assistant who was reluctant to be customer centric in many ways. There is something weird about the culture at Castle Hill store - unfortunately a poor reflection of store management and area management. Losers. Should have gone to JB Hi Fi.

Wholesome people.take their time with you and your queries.only complaint is that sometimes the wait time is a little long, but even then its a nitpicking thing.also sometimes a bit too chatty xd.

Replaced my Macbook's logic board and touch pad (after a system update bricked my computer due to a faulty part), took three days to do it, gave it back to me with keys not working. Extremely unprofessional

Product wasn’t available for over two months then arrived later than stated. Even allowing for covid and global supply chain issues (which others like Samsung don’t seem to have) seems pretty poor. One star for at least answering the phone when I called asking for updates

Worst apple store to deal with. No customer service at all.
I bought two screen protector and they told me have a warranty and when is broken they told they don't have apple warranty is this for Belkin warranty you ask them for change.

Really bad customer experience. I don't want to mention the way the service guy represented himself. In short, what he wanted to say, you cannot enter the store untill you want to buy something. If u are sure to buy a product, only then we will allow you to enter.

I had my queries of buying a Mac Mini or MacBook for personal use. How could I buy without sorting out my technical queries? But, the service person outside the store was adamant not to allow us untill you are gonna shell some money and buy a product.

Pathetic policy, pathetic customer experience, lost loyal customer.

Too many staff doing nothing and customers spend long time in lines. They never have stock of anything you’d like to purchase, their knowledge of products available on Apple’s website is limited and they need to physically check products to tell you whether or not they have them, ridiculous!

Wait times are atrocious even when you have a time slot. Staff were nice though, and very apologetic. Standing waiting for over an hour.

Went there to get my computer completely erased then restored again after a small bug. Employee said it would be an hour. I came back in an hour and he said it just needs 20 minutes. I told him I had a meeting so I couldn’t wait. I gave him my phone number and he promised to call as soon as it was done. Went to the meeting which went a bit late. Next thing my phone said it was almost 2100 (closing time) and never got a phone call. It’s now 2200, the store has closed, I never received a phone call and they still have my computer which I needed to use later tonight. NOT GOOD ENOUGH APPLE!

It was a wonderful experience! Ms Pannu helped me with great hospitality and was very helpful fixing the phone same day. Her insight into the problem was unquestionable! Thanks to the apple team in Castle hill.

The environment was really lovely. Jestika was superb in regard to everything. I had my parents in law looking to buy new iphones. Jestika was amazing. Highly recommend

So I’ve seen some mixed reviews for this store, but I’m just speaking from experience.
I’ve tried to deal with the Penrith store and constantly get turned away.
I had to go in as having dramas with connections, Peter was the guy served me, was great bloke, friendly, listened to my complaint and issues, polite, seemed to take interest in my needs.
Also side note was greeted by a bloke named Pat who was also great, little thing I thought was great too is there was young mother with 2 young children next to me doing things with another staff member, the boy in pram was quite restless but pat went out of way came over started talking to kid, then put YouTube on for him on another device as so mum could finish her appointment.

Overall I’ve been castle hill several times even though out of my area but had much better luck and interactions there.

The castle towers store is so super busy on weekends! Happy with the wait times as products were in stock. However what I can’t tolerate is the rude customer service at this store. There was a particular lady with short curly blonde hair doing the check ins for the Genius Bar today and she was one of the rudest staff members I saw on the day. Very impatient checking customers in and very unwelcoming. The purpose of coming physically instore is to look at the products in person or to ask questions. Had I known the customer service at this store was going to be that bad, I would’ve just bought it online or go bought it at JB Hi Fi.

Came in asking for Pink Lady, ripe and fresh for my pie, as my nephew was pregnant and I couldn't make a cake in time. Thank you, horrible staff for refusing me entry because I am a person of colour. All they had was Granny Smith, green little goblins. This is racism at its finest.

As I went to the store with some problems in the phone, when I entered the door one of the staff behaving very rudly, than I meet another staff she slove my problem she was very well behaving but unfortunately she has to go for break and I meet a another guy his behaviour was unbearable trying to make me feel fool.never want to go there back as I seen some people working too hard and rest were busy with talking and laughing.
