So we basically this review is only for the staff we dealt with. Her name was kelly an elderly lady but she was very rude throughout our purchase.it was not a great feeling to buy such high value product and the customer service is below average.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving outstanding assistance from Adam at the Apple store in Castle Towers today.

From the moment he approached me, Adam was committed, helpful and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help resolve my iPhone problem.

Adam had an extensive knowledge and expertise, even though troubleshooting my problem wasn't his only responsibility. He patiently listened to my issue, asked insightful questions, and was able to solve my tricky problem. It was evident that he was well-versed in the intricacies of Apple products, and was logical and pragmatic in his approach.

Not only did Adam demonstrate a comprehensive technical knowledge, he also took the time to explain the process in a way that was easy to understand. This commitment to customer service sets Adam apart as a truly exceptional employee.

Adam was positive and patient throughout the process, despite being approached and assisting multiple different customers he was able to make everyone feel like valued. His dedication to fixing my issue made the entire experience at the Castle Towers Apple store exceptionally pleasant.

Overall, I can't speak highly enough of Adam's exemplary service. His friendly demeanour, extensive knowledge, and commitment to going above and beyond have left a lasting positive impression. I'm very grateful for his assistance. Kudos to Adam for being all round exceptional!

Really disappointed my click and collect order was cancelled as I was in the store, with no notification before hand, which now I have to wait 5 days for a refund to re-purchase again, which delayed a birthday gift, a really disappointing experience

Staff are friendly and attentive. Spacious store, can be crowded on weekend. Make an appointment before you go to store to avoid crowd.

My partner and I came last minute today to look at Apple MacBooks, without knowing we needed an appointment. Brad was exceptional at getting us in while maintaining social distancing and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the Apple MacBook Pro laptops. Waited 10 minutes in queue with my daughter to purchase a Macbook Pro only to be told that I have to make an appointment and the earliest time was for tomorrow. We are now headed elsewhere to spend our money. Arrogant and rude.

Usually very busy. If you require service it's highly recommended that you make a genius bar appointment and you can enter the store quickly. In terms of repairs, expect a recommendation from a "Genius" staff member to simply "replace your device", when your device is out of warranty. Don't expect complicated repairs to be done here, they just replace whole components. Of your device is out of warranty you're better off going to a 3rd party repairer.

Verybad service.in casle hill apple store. Came frm melbourne. Had charging issue with iphone. Not resolve the isshue. Just suggestion ask gor next day appointment. Not available. Had verybad experience. Notvalue &respect here for customer.just talk talk talk

This store was the first one that I ever went to, I was getting an early b-day present. I decided to get the apple watch series 7, I began to look for the ‘watch’ section and I eventually found it. I asked the lady that was there and I told her what I was looking for, straight-up she gave me an iPad to make my watch style, and she also helped me size my wrist with the meter so It wouldn’t be the wrong wrist size. I got done with the style and she gave me a ‘example watch’ to see if I wanted it like that size. Best Service There. And some time later, another sale lady came up to me and I showed her the style I picked and she was like “ok, Ill go check to see if we have that type of style”. Eventually she came back with the exact style I wanted. Another Best Service.and then she also told me some features about it. Another Good Thing, for me atleast.and eventually, I checked out and I bought it. And she told me “ok have a nice day! ”

Im definitely Impressed with the service, and im definitely coming back if I want anything else! ️

Poor service the guy booked shopping appointment for me I asked him to reserve the phone for me he said I can’t i been walking more than one hour with 2 kids in the shopping when I attended for my appointment they said the phone is out of stock we can do nothing for you 1 star is a big favour

When l went to buy a ipad for my son this sale lady asked for my name l gave her my name she said we have no name of that she told me to call this person l did then gave my name again she let me get my product

Very quick and efficient service

I went in at 5: 05 and my appointment was at 4: 50.
The service technician was Nathan he explained me everything (i had a broken back glass). Ran a scan on my device and gave me an estimate. Everything was smooth and phone was repaired in a day.

First we got in the store, they didn't serve us because we didn't have appointment. They set an appointment for two hours later and after we came in, we were served with some rude customer services which after she checked the stock, she said it's not available. It was a very bad shopping experience at Apple!

I booked a shopping consult on line. I was met with an ‘expert’ to take me through my shopping experience and answer my questions.
First of all there was nothing I wanted in store. I had to go home and order online.
I asked the assistant several times and in different ways if the glass on the aluminium 7 watch was the same as the stainless? She said yes. I said I work outside and want the toughest crack resistant glass, so the glass is the same on both? Yes. Before I left the store, I asked a third time that the $300 dollar difference in price has nothing to do with the stainless having tougher glass because when I bought my apple 4 watch, this was the case. Again she said the glass was screen glass was the same.
I went home and ordered the aluminium. It wasn’t until I was browsing the watches on line and seeing the main differences that I discovered that the aluminium and stainless do indeed have different glass. The aluminium has Lon-x which is not as tough as the sapphire crystal glass on the stainless.
Very annoyed, I rang the Castle Hill store to tell them. Both calls I had to wait 20 mins before they answered. Both people who answered were disinterested in helping me and saying they could do nothing about it except for me to come into store and exchange when I receive the watch in the mail, but it was not guaranteed that they would have the watch I chose in stock! More time wasted. Both times they tried to put me across to the order store and change my order but both times I could only hear crackling and then nothing!
I eventually found a number under my order that said from Monday to Friday. Being a Saturday I rang anyway and got through. The guy changed my order in about 10 minutes and I was done.
I had to research and do it myself! I can see why some of my friends are switching to the Garmin watch!
VERY UNHAPPY AND GRUMPY WITH APPLE CASTLE HILL. I am not even being offered any discount for their poor service and advice.

Was left on hold for 20 minutes before they answered my call. Once answered the lady whom answered my call was very short and rude with me almost palming me off to tech support when I needed a appointment, very different to the store staff I normally deal with. Disappointing
