Had to do emergency run to this place because Mouse died. Heart sank on arrival as it was school holidays and the place was packed. But a staff member sorted the issue pretty quickly and i was able to get back to work. Yay!

Great service and a friendly bunch. Helped me with my battery and keyboard issues. Very professional and quick service. Pro tip: go in the morning for any genius Bar appointments to go without booking in advance.

I got my iPhone 7 back in March 2018 and it went in water and got damaged, I went this apple store to claim my warranty and guess what they said, they asked me $500 to fix it, I said you advertised the same phone that it's water resistant, I tried to explain my situation and the manger was so arrogant he didn't listen to me, the only thing I would say please don't trust these guys. Both staff n Manager look us as dollars.

I walk into the store looking to get a MacBook Air or Pro as my new laptop. But I can’t decide which one to get. Iv been using iPhone for a long time and I really like it. So I think it’s time to give Apple laptop a try. I walked in the store and ask one of the guy in yellow beard one simple question: “what is the difference between 2.3 and 1.8 GHz? ” He look at me weirdly for like 2 mins in silence, and shout out loudly: “ITS FASTER! I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN? “ I repeated my question but he just stood there stare at me. It was extremely uncomfortable experience and I’ll never go back to that store anymore. This is my first time giving any store bad review but it just ruin my day and my impression for Apple.

Staff are very knowledgeable but even for a Friday it is very busy when you’re booking in for the Genius Bar. They need to have a better system of working out who is when and where, very confusing. But still love Apple

Simple issue to fix but had no follow up. No email return said they tried calling when the number disconnected years ago. Left message to follow up. PHad to chase it up myself. Poor service.

Not a big Apple fan but had a really great experience with a new and young sales girl from Singapore. Thanks to her honesty and frank discussion, I purchased the right iPad for my needs and walked out a satisfied customer. Appreciate great and knowledgeable service. Thank you.

Disaster, the Genius Bar is required for B-Grade devices, it's no wonder the iPhone carries a premium entry price, how else would they pay for their "Genius Bar", go for Android people.

Very poor negative customer service. Arrogant, untrained staff and management. I wish I never step foot on that store. I will never buy another apple product again and will endeavour share my experience to anyone that mention any apple product.

This was the best five second shopping experience ever. Did my research online and confirmed the product was in stock.

Went in, door guy pointed me in the direction of what I was after, as I got there another staff member was by my side ready to help. Confirmed item, paid, and done.

Efficient service for the low patience customer. Awesome!

Love Apple but I never ever get good service!
I make appointments and show up on time and they some how always forget me! Even If I am their electronic list?
if I do get to the service counter and helped which has happened once! The help was worthwhile!
However all my products: IPhone, Ipad, MacBook, Ipod and some accessories are from Apple and some have been gifts.
Apple will refuse to service items not purchased through their site or store which makes it very hard and annoying if you've sat there for an hour+ waiting for help to be told there is nothing they will do.

Terrible service. 20 staff standing around and none interested in helping or delivering any kind of customer service. I will avoid this store in future.

I come there at 18: 59 and stuff on main gate refuse to give me my macbook after service which can took 1-2 minutes. This is what you call premium brand service!? Next day i have to travel 1 hour to pick it and stuff was so rude on me.thanks apple for another bad experience

I had my iphone screen cracked by itself (which is hard to believe I understand)
The technician who served me “his name was Alvon” was rude to me even in explaining that this should not be covered by warranty
However I still believe that it is not my fault especially this phone was a referbushed phone given to me by apple about 5 months ago not sure how healthy its screen was
Made me realy angry
