It was an awful experience as we went to buy new phone but staff was not helpful. Most of our questions were answered as not sure and we decided to talk to the manager but he was also super rude and even told my brother to stop speaking.we didn't buy the phone as it looked like he didn't care if someone buys or leaves and thats what we did left the store with a bad customer service experience we ever faced.

Horrendous customer service. I waited 1hour past my booking time and still no one. And when they finally came they had no manners and wouldn’t replace my AirPods even tho they said they will.

I bought iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB yesterday in this store, and I came back this afternoon wanna buy transfer data cable and the guy at the front said “just go to JB Hi Fi probably cheaper, because everyone busy and I have to stay here” Some of them nice but few times in Apple Broadway make me upset!

I am a 76 year old Android user myself but had to organise the transfer of my wife's phone to an Apple 8 xr given to her by our granddaughter. The service and friendliness of staff made this a pleasurable experience that was second to none AND what's more it cost nothing!

Went twice to get an iPhone 14, they are so honest.two different girls recommended me to wait for the new one coming soon as it did not make to much sense paying in full now when that one is coming soon-ish! I’ll be back and buy it from there when the time comes.

I recently visited a store to make a reservation at the Genius Bar to have my second-hand AirPods checked. I purchased these AirPods from an online marketplace, and although the package was unsealed, it had a legitimate serial number and was covered by AppleCare according to Apple's website. I must say that the service and staff at the store were amazing, and their attitude was excellent.

However, I am disappointed with the resolution provided by Apple's support channels, which is why I am giving them a one-star rating. When I initially sought help from the Apple chat team, they mistakenly identified my AirPods as AirPods Pro 2. Based on their recommendation, I almost proceeded with the service option, which would have cost me $250 as a hold amount and an additional $45 for the service. However, I decided to go with the reservation option at the Apple store instead.

When I arrived at the store, the staff informed me that the AirPods were indeed fake. Despite the friendly and helpful staff at the store, they couldn't offer any resolution for the issue. They mentioned that the serial number associated with my AirPods had been flagged as fake multiple times but was still appearing as valid on Apple's website. This inconsistency is concerning.

I attempted to contact Apple support again to address this issue. After a call transfer, the initial representative was friendly and willing to assist. However, upon being transferred to the customer service team, the person I spoke with had an unhelpful attitude and stated that no support would be provided in this situation. Unfortunately, I was abruptly cut off and disconnected while explaining the situation.

As an Apple fan, I must admit that this experience has shattered my belief in Apple's exceptional customer service. It seems that the notion of Apple being great and having excellent customer support might be more of a fantasy than reality. This lack of trust is disheartening.

Went into the store with a warranty issue. At the same time picked up click and collect items. This store is hands down, like others here have commented, not a store you should visit. It was the first time I have shopped here - mainly because it had stock of the items I was after. And it will be the last time I ever bother to step foot into Apple Broadway - terrible customer service, with the most senior manager being dismissive and condescending. Don't waste your time here, go to a different Apple store.

Drive half an hour to get the store and waited 15min in a line labeled shopping only to be told we can't come in and do shopping. The guy said there are capacity limits and then we saw 3 people leave the store. There were 2 of us. Quick maths: yep, you still can't go in. What an awful experience.

Made me wait 1.5 hours just to tell me that they couldn’t repair my phone, something they could have told me from the outset. Completely incompetent, massive waste of time. Do yourself a favour, go to a third party repairer instead.

Long queue to get in. I just wanted a case and to be gone. But the place was teeming with fanbois at noon on Friday. Came home, ordered online and now I have a pickup appointment tomorrow. Trek all the way back. Wot a pain.

I had an appointment for on-spot battery replacement with Apple Broadway on 26/10/21 16: 45. Almost 45 minutes passed and no-one attended me. Upon multiple requests, a store representative approached me and refused to change battery on-spot and the only option I was given was to leave my phone with them for a day.

Bitterly disappointed that after an hour's travel and 45 minutes wait at the store unattended, I've been been dealt ruthlessly.

What's the purpose of on-spot bookings when you are not able to serve the customers. The store representative unprofessionally said that she can't do anything, as she has no intent for customer support and determination to let them down.
Totally frustrated with the service & service arrangement.

Pathetic customer service. The employees just want to push you out of the store and most of their answers are to just call their sales team. Wanted to shift from Android and had heard so much about the Apple customer service but sad to say that it is just made up.

Terrible! They don’t offer help with software face to face & when they book you elsewhere and you drive one hour
to get there the staff there tell you that they only do repairs not help with software.

Went in to buy a new MacBook as I am well versed with Apple products and happy to invest. It was very busy and I was given an accurate expected wait time. I was served by Marco who was very helpful and gave great service. The product process was very simple and seemed very quick based on the great chat that was provided. Very happy with my experience.

Operator is really really rude, she is not even willing to help and find a simple solution. Not happy at all with this. Other stores are okay, but this Broadway operator is just so rude.

Worst experience ever, staff was so rude and don’t try to listen customer point of view. Must unsatisfactory thing, is they change their promises like (double tongue). Before 1year ago one staff told me different things and now today I got problem went there, and one lady said totally ️different thing. It’s just waste of time and money as well. Me and my college friends ‍‍‍will never go there. And I recommend to my friends never ever ️visit here, it’s waste of time and money for students. I think their staff is programmed robot, don’t know to listen.

I was in and out in 5 minutes. Went there to pickup my phone and got it right away. So efficient. Just make sure you get in your confirmed time slot.
