Rubbish,3 hours did nothing for shopping, wasting my time, worst service in apple and rubbish Vodafone contact service like this photo! Guarantee to fix the issue but unsuccessful after 1 hour discussing with Vodafone. Terrible!

Cero customer services I was there 2 times try to verify my Id for the last creditline process.
First visit they don’t know anything about creditline that is a services offered for apple. However I was explained that creditline sent me an email with the instructions “ The last step to complete your application is to verify your identity. You can do this by going in-store with original or certified copies” and that need a copies of those even if I brought the original one they can’t take a pic of print.
Second visit: after I brought the copies with original they have to call creditline and it was 6: 45pm and they didn’t want to call. The excuse was that creditline is close in that time but creditline have service until 9 pm on fridays.
I wasted my time. I don’t recommend apple in Broadway

Absolutely shocking service! Went to the Broadway store and came to one of the staff members to ask a quick question about screen protectors. In response the person told me, quote: “I don’t have time for you”, and walked away. Seriously apple?
I’ve spent $2,000 on a new iPhone to be treated like this? Went to another staff member - she didn’t know anything about screen protectors and didn’t even know how much it cost. She then sent me to the third staff member (after which I’ve already wasted 15 min in the store), who told me that the screen protectors are out of stock. What a total waste of time, and never though Apple doesn’t invest into teaching the staff basic politeness.

The customer service was very poor I went to store to book appointment for battery replacement and for appointment I waited more than 2 hrs after that finally they told me that it will not done today you have to come tomorrow

I just spent over 3hrs in this Apple store and while it was frustrating at times due to a complex and unusual issue, I left wanting to hug the reps who helped me, resolving it and generally being amazing and positive, as well as problem-solving creative, the whole time.

Nick, Marta, Tilde, one other who I’m sorry to say I forgot the name of, plus the rep who I nearly cried at but was super patient and nice regardless.

Thanks team! A good reminder of what great in-store customer service looks like.

Missed my service appointment (my fault). I call to apologise and they kindly offer to put my on a "walk in list". Told to come straight there. It will be 40 minutes to an hour - they will SMS me when ready. 1.5 hours later no SMS. I go to ask for an ETA and am told no.another 1.5-2 hours at the earliest. And even then no guarantee. So thanks for trying to help but by giving out misleading information you actually ended up wasting hours of my time. Other Apple store experience (last month) - went to have my laptop repaired. Picked it up and got home to find the Wifi didn't work. Had to drive all the way back so they could reconnect the Wifi antennas they forgot to connect when putting the machine back together. That was another 3 hours out of that day because of carelessness on Apple service's part.

Very poor experience in store. Wanted to purchase a new phone outright, but told I needed to do so online and come in at a time convenient to them to collect - a day later. This despite the phone being in stock, staff being free inside, and no one waiting for service.

It's crazy to me that a company is so popular that it can tell customers to take their $1350 and go away - and that's actual policy! I guess that's the sort of hubris we can expect from such a monolithic wealthy company.

So stoked with my experience here! I came in with a broken laptop and phone but had the most stress free and efficient visit! Huge thanks to Derek who was extremely helpful in finding the best outcome for me- can't thank him enough! Very happy customer:)

Came out all the way to look at the new iPhones to find out they weren't open. I asked if I could order online now and get it picked up and they said I'd need to come back tomorrow, when they had the phone at the back regardless!
Eventually I came back the next day and pleasantly the experience was much better.

A bad experience in the apple store. In the apple Broadway, I had some problems with the iPad Pro I bought online. I informed us to replace it offline through apple support, but I was treated rudely and unfriendly in the apple broadways store. At that time, a woman who received us was very friendly and thanked her very much for her help, She consulted another shop assistant (such as the manager's male shop assistant) about the incident. The man who looked like a supervisor had an arrogant and uncomfortable attitude towards us, and did not explain the questions raised

Broadway shopping Centre and all associated shops within the complex are doing everything possible to prevent the spread of the Contagion covid-19 Delta Variety.
Broadway shopping Centre should receive accolades for enabling there Frontline retailers the opportunity to trade in this challenging environment.

Needed to replace an iPad that we had for only a day which had display issues, and was a birthday gift for my son. The staff at Broadway were so incredibly helpful, empathetic and knowledgeable. We were able to receive a new replacement device, and the staff waited with me until the iCloud data was transferred. Outstanding customer service, and would go back in a heartbeat due to the experience. Thank you again!

Staff somehow 'forgot' to tell me they couldn't repair my phone within in the hour even though that is what I was told when I handed it in, so I had to ask a friend to call to double check what was happening and they said they have to send it away to run more diagnostics for a cracked screen (that would take a week!), so much for AppleCare+ and being able to just repair my slightly cracked screen. No compensation from them making me uncontactable.
Staff on the phone felt like she had no clue about anything, no apology's, nothing.

Im not a fan of Apple. Not at all. I jumped ship 2 Android a long time ago (this is a brag). I had 2 tag along with someone who still is an Apple zombie (yeah I dont judge or have an inability 2 befriend an Apple user - but I have known Apple users 2 seriously reconsider the basis of friendship on the fact I wrangle "dirty" Samsung Note!). But I digress.

Apple store is what Apple does well. Its personalised. Its helpful. The Apple staff surgically remove pocket lint from the power jack, with slight disapproval but never in a shaming kinda way as the jack lint piles up on the pristine, sterile and futuristic counter top. And they fix the issue, with no out of pocket. Its almost a kinda spiritual experience. Off 2 the temple 4 a miracle healing. Of yr phone of course.

So yeah - I dont do apple, but if I did boy would I gushing about the experience I just had in their store!

Extremely rude service at the ‘genius’ bar. They also charged me $300 plus $40 tax to get my screen replaced which is nothing more than a scam as the screen suddenly stopped working. I had one single crack in my phone that was hardly visible and had been there almost a year prior, apple says this somehow has something to do with the top half of my screen not working which makes no sense. They did the job in 40 minutes. $350 for 40 minutes with horrible customer service that made me feel belittled. Apple does not care about its customers.

Not into APPLE.my daughter loves APPLE products. Personally I find the staff pushy & BECAUSE They're taught to pounce as soon as you walk in not my scene.

2021: I have given apple a 4 star rating because their service has increased dramatically. We were 30 minutes late (Sydney traffic) and they still took us in without much of a wait. Don't get me wrong the genius was still pretentious but he curbed it down and because of the masks we couldn't see much of the expressions.
2019: what a bunch of pretentious "geniuses". They are under staffed when it comes to people who can help you trouble shoot. And the team leaders cannot request for additional staff when people are clearly waiting for a long time. Apple is going downhill and this pathetic service is pushing it further. Waste of time. It's good that I keep my backup Android phone. #appleisawasteoftime
Three weeks later I return cuz these guys cannot fix the issue. Now even after booking an appointment I am having to wait. #applesloppycustomerservice

Very said for low quality of service nowadays. Waiting 10’ just to purchasing a pencil tips. They said they have few customers before me but in fact there only one person and 7 sale staffs staying there without a job. Just because of Covid-19 they not appreciate customers any more.
