I walked away with the reassurance that I bought a quality product that was suited just for me and that the product was also ethically sourced after she informed me about Apple sustainability. I will definitely be back to Apple store and will always try and find Liv.
Today, I had ordered an item so I was only in the pick it up. The procedure was great as I didn't even need to go into the store to do it. 8 just used a QR code and stood next to a sign, and wishing 5 minutes my parcel was verified and hand delivered to me. This is great if you just want your things and get out. The only 8ssue with this is that you can't browse for other items, in which case you gave to get in a live and wait till right number of people allowed In store.

Apple works at Broadway, as I've seen on a couple of visits. I'm not an Apple person, but have taken a couple of friends there for diffetent reasons. It runs fairly efficiently and staff is very polite and helpful.
Personally I'd like to see less of a market atmosphere and the feeling (only a feeling) of entering a clip joint.
Omg the customer service is RIDICULOUS! First he doesnt even pay attention to me while he's calling his girlfriend, and then he doesn't even know the phone details? I knew other companies like samsung or huawei were better.
The genius at the Genius Bar was able to help me straight away and tell me everything I needed right away without me having to be prompted or ask for more information. The other staff who work the store are also generally quite friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, it is generally a pleasant experience to pop in store to shop or get help. Crowd control and management is an area where they could up their game. I understand that Covid-19 is a pain, but imposing extra restrictions over and above existing public health orders smacks of scaremongering and seems highly superfluous when considering the high volume of shoppers in the Broadway Shopping Centre on any given day at any given time.
Due to Covid this place has the worst customer service in the history of business, that's OK i will still buy that garbage.
The girl serving front with ipad i think named Ashley very very rude. Told us to wait 2 hours to see technician and when I went back asked to wait another 2 hours which was soooo frustrating. Besides accepting mistake started arguing with cx. Have never met someone like her at Apple. Would not recommend this store at all. Best one is sydney one in city.
They will only enter the store if you make an appointment, which in my case was 1.5 hour later! Even though the store was practically empty - literally only 1-2% of the space had people in it! We have now had 40 straight days of no new covid cases!
To be fair they eventually allowed me to go in, but only after having to ask for the manager to intervene.
The staff were super helpful and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. They went through every possibilities thoroughly and spent a total of two hours (over 2 visits) to fix my phone reception problem. In the end, they advised me to get a new sim card and explained to me that sim cards should really be changed every two years. Courteous, professional and all at NO COST! I am sooooo impressed. Wish more companies deliver customer service like Apple does!
Very good store very big and staff is always ready to help you attend do your need regarding there products. Most of them know a lot about each of the products and can tell you if its suitable for you. The only thing I will say is that when I came to buy an ipad I had to wait in line only to find out that it was out of stock I just feel like they could have asked when people are waiting in line what they want and tell them if its in stock or not.
Made an appointment at 12: 10 but they attended to me at 12: 30.
What's the point of making appointments if you're not going to stick to them? Pick up your game Apple.
Terrible staff, after purchasing a $1300 phone the headphones were broken after removing them from the charger, they refused to replace them and told us to go to the ACCC if we were unhappy. An absolute joke, the "genius" had to have a parting smarmy remark about us being more careful. The apple "experience" is rotten
Went in to get my sons iphone 6s checked. Multiple attendants standing around talking to each other, not even to customers. Stood waiting for five minutes unattended. Noone approached us at all. Ended up leaving with some attendents watching us, talking to each other. Not one person approached us during this time (approx. 12.30pm on 18/12/2018) this is terrible customer service no matter which way you spin it.
What a bunch of pretentious "geniuses". They are under staffed when it comes to people who can help you trouble shoot. And the team leaders cannot request for additional staff when people are clearly waiting for a long time. Apple is going downhill and this pathetic service is pushing it further. Waste of time. It's good that I keep my backup Android phone. #appleisawasteoftime
Refused to replace battery under their own battery replacement program because it's been replaced before. Also offered a refurbished iPhone 6 for $450. Lol no more Apple products for me thanks.
Purchase Apple Care a few years ago, and have had reliable and fast repairs in the last 2-3 years. I'm a full-time DJ, so this sort of service is valuable to me.
This is a Apple store. The same Apple store you get in Tokyo, New York, Singapore, London, Berlin. Whatever Apple sells in those stores, you can find it here.
Spent an hour walking here after work because an apple staff member said to come in. Plenty of staff available to sell you apple products. No one available to help FOR A WEEK! I was told to take some time off work to come in.
I thought this place was unorganised, some staff were trying to avoid helping customers, lengthy waiting times, not what i would call a great experience
