This place is so terrible. I booked an appointment and went there, the Gp was really inexperienced and I was treated horribly by them. Their standard is too low. I don't recommend this place at all.

That Dr Datta is a terrible Dr… do not recommend, he shouldn’t be a Dr, very rude and unprofessional, please do not go n see him

The rudest reception staff I have ever met. No social skills, straight up rude and incompetent.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Doctor Islam told me there was nothing wrong with my back and that I don’t need time off work after getting a MRI scan done on it, I don’t think he even read it. Turns out I have 4 bulged disc and early signs disc degeneration and early lumbar spondylotic changes, Thanks mate your a awesome doctor They just want your money they care to listen to what you have to say they just want you in and out

I got appointment at 11: 45 but they don't even look for my turn. Too much waiting even you book appointment and staff just ignore. Really disappoint with staff.

I never write reviews but had such a terrible experience here that I had to. I called on a Friday to book an immunisation for my son and was told I was confirmed for Monday 12pm. I arrived to find I wasn't booked in, no record of my son's details and even after confirming the number I called was theirs they accused me of arriving at the wrong doctors and were not apologetic at all. I managed to see a doctor and had my sons shot done but they weren't able to answer any of my questions regarding follow up care or further boosters. Would not recommend to anyone.

Never met such an unprofessional doctor in my life.took my child with injury, who was scolded and yelled at by Dr (so called!) Shambhu Datta when she started crying after hearing that the cut needs to be stitched up.from the minute we entered the room till we left, the only sentenced Datta said unpromted was ‘how i can help you? ’ after describing what happened, he didn’t utter a single word, let alone something to comfort my child or myself.he got the nurse in, who was thankfully more communicative than Datta.my child was clesrly in pain and in a lot of agony before and through the procedure, Datta only yeller at her for crying and even refused to do anything if she continues to cry.she was not throwing a fit or anything- we r not talking about a toddler here.she’s a pre teen, so one can expect some tears and a normal resistance upon hearing about a minor invasive procedure. Datta was rude all through, showed no empathy, zero tolerance and no words of encouragement after my child braver through the process. Datta should undertake some communication course or just retire if he is so over it! I was appalled and disgusted.the nurse was wonderful and offerred her a lollypop after the process, Datta acted like a zombie!

One of the Nurse LF, called from a mobile number very unprofessionally asked about the patient where are and why u didnot come for appointment. Even was told that tried to call multiple times to cancel but she refuse to trust and said she even did not see intension to cancel. Later call reception and manager they were same trying to defend and usual lesson for $50 cancellation fee and also been told they cannot talk about this as its been 5,7 mins busy time for them. GP is been very helpful and nice. No issues with that.

Worst clinic I have ever visited, waited pass 40minutes my appointment and still no call from doctor Syed, he just been sitting there and wasting every one’s time… Avoid if you can to visit this Clinic there are much better doctors and clinics in Gunghalin then these guys… in short Avoid Avoid Avoid.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Really Unfortunately had to go back to this place for my reports. From rude receptions to nurses to getting sent back home because they deleted your booking by mistake. Better of going to any other medical practise around than here

I had an appointment made a month ago to see my usual GP for review on my 2nd car accident which happened last year. When I attended my appointment yesterday, in front of my rehabilitation officer, I was told by the receptionist, that my usual GP no longer works on Thurs and work only on Monday.

The receptionist, with a standoff-ish attitude, claimed she called me the day before (which she did not. I had checked the phone records) and earlier at 8: 09am and left a voice message. And one of doctors, working at the practice, was present, witnessed and overheard this happening.

So at the last minute, the doctor attended to me and my rehab officer. We had a good session together and my reviewed was done.

However when I went to the washroom and checked my phone, there was no record for the claimed "missed call". I went back to my attending doctor and reported this. I was already diagnosed with a very bad depression due to my 2nd car accident. I mentioned that as a patient who had much frustration, anger and depression to neglected attention to my car accident, the claim that did not happened, in my humble opinion, was an act of lying. It may not be intentional but it hurt on the mental health perspective.

According to the doctor, my case would be attended to by one of the management team. Clarity would be given.

I had waited for a day, but nothing happened.

I will like the management to give a good explanation and clarity regarding this issue. I will like the management to know that this not only deters me from getting my well-deserved treatment from my GP, but it is only adding more unnecessary wounds to my mental health and to break me down and spiral further into the dark.

Pathetic place made me wait a hour after my appointment time and the Dr was extremely rude and I actually don't think she was a certified Dr as both times I went in I was refused both times for a script I was desperately indeed of for stupid unheard of reasons DO NOT COME HERE even if you are dying

Exceptionally poor service, Dr Syed in particular, had no respect for his patients, I regret the few minutes I spent talking to him while he was not even listening.

I never have been to a clinic that needs to wait for so long! What’s the point of the reservation then?

Arrived on appointment time, wait for 40 mins and have to leave because my break has ended. Waste time for nothing, what’s the point to make an appointment?

-Reception staff refuse to provide me with my own pathology results when the doctor had told me I don’t need to see her for the results.

-they also don’t confirm any details when I walk in for an appointment. I just told them my name and told me to have a seat. I could of really been anyone!

-Long wait times

-no options for bulk billing for those who just need their pathology results!

Very disappointed in this medical practice

Never seen a dr that is so careless until I went there. No knowledge about anything without looking problems up on computer. Always in a rush to get you out the door. Don't waste your time here. I could go on n on with issues with this practise.

Went in today, as I'm unable to get into either of my usual doctors until the end of the week.
I had to wait 50 minutes after my appointment time just to be rushed out the Dr. I saw him for maybe 5 minutes and didn't get a chance to ask any questions about my illness nor if they know what the cause may be.
All they did was poke my stomach, ask if I was pregnant and take my blood pressure, before giving me a medical certificate (which i told them wasn't necessary), and a medication for symptoms I told them I no longer have.

All this cost me $85 up front, $45 out of pocket. I would have rathered saved that $45 an fuel and just stayed home.

It is such an uncomfortable experience to come here, seeing how the reception staff treat people is disgusting.

My symptoms were disregarded, and I left feeling truly abandoned and ignored. Effectively no effort was put into checking what was actually wrong. I eventually sought help elsewhere which was of a much higher quality.
