Dr Syed Hassan is our family GP for many years now. He is very experienced can diagnose illness perfectly and prescribed right medication and advice. He is very busy doctor some time need wait longer than usual. Which we don't care it is normal now in all surgery and hospital you need to wait a bit longer than your appointment time

Dr syed is our family doctor for last 10 years and he is really fantastic, efficient and show genuine concern and respect to his patients.

I have been attending Gungahlin Medical Practice since it's opening and I have always had very positive experiences with the reception staff, nurses and doctors. It is great having a local medical practice that I can make last minute appointments to attend.

I am visiting Gunghalin medical practice from last 8 years and never had any issues. Dr Ratish Das is our family GP and he is very professional with long working experience. Gunghalin medical practice is best in Gunghalin. They have number of GP’s sometimes one Gp is busy you still have options. All of them are very good.

Very rude greedy untrustworthy etc reception and management with unprofessional service towards patients.

Received calls to make appointment to meet GP to discuss results from the test reports received. Reception staff says doctor wants to meet to discuss about reports from over 4 weeks old. It’s a lie since staff didn’t contact doctors or either doctor advices staff to do so. It’s general practice to make money.

In my situation I have already consulted doctor 2 days after the test reports arrived.

In my partners test was given week ago for infection and doctor clearly advised on the day of taking sample that we will email the prescription if any infection raises otherwise everyone would be fine. But after week reception calls and says doctor asked to book appointment to discuss results staff contacted us without consulting the doctor. We have advised the caller about our discussion we had with doctor day but they still advise to make appointment which is ridiculously irritating. When name of the reception person is asked she just hung the call.

Making it worst when we go for consultation payment is taken before consulting doctor and no receipts for payment is given when requested they say it’s management policy to do so.

Shambhu Datta is the worst doctor i have ever encountered in my entire lifetime. I suggest all other visitors not to make any appointments with him. He was terrible and rude at all time. He was confused the whole time during the consultation. Moreover, the way he spoke was totally impolite and insulting.

Took over an hour to get my vaccination, no help and no direction. Horrible customer service will not be going again.

Had an appointment for a Pfizer vaccine. Turn up and the doors are locked and reception person sitting behind the desk refusing to come to the door, 10 other people waiting outside. A delivery guy came so she opened the door to take the delivery and had her mask under her nose, she said we are closed due to COVID your appointment with be rescheduled.
Absolutely NO contact from them whatsoever.
So unprofessional as will never be back

Extremely disappointed! Doctor left before the practice is closed. I run in 2 mins late with my Dad, and were told Doctor has left, so no COVID vac.
Help yourself to avoid this place.

Update: received a call at 0645, got told - there is only 1 doc working today due to COVID - that’s why calling you at this time.

Such a hopeless Medical centre.
Booked an appointment today for 0530.
Rang the centre at 2pm to re-confirm and lady on the phone told me doc will ring you 0530 for Telephonic appointment.

0545 - no one called, rang the centre again and lady told me, doc is busy and he will call you in few mins.

0618 - no one called - I rang again and answering machine was on saying “we are closed”, call the after hours docs.

The rudest receptionist! Absolutely vile and so disrespectful. Also changed my partners doctor and shared his medical information without his consent! Disturbing that this behaviour is conducted within a medical practice.

Does not offer what they say on website. It's not a Pfizer providing clinic only available for vulnerable or who need the most. Until and unless I went to the appointment nobody informed that I had to see a doctor before vaccination and even after having to see a doctor I couldn't get what I wanted was advised to go for Astrazeneca.
Please confirm before booking appointments.
Looks dodgy and totally waste of time and money.

UNPROFESSIONAL CLOWNS! Our GP had us waiting for 35-40 mins because he was watching his house cctv from his phone.he said there was something suspicious happening.he was even laughing when he told us that.we were the only patient during that time.

My wife and I came there because I've had a dry cough for 3 days. He didnt give me any med prescription and only told me to take some water.that's it.come here if you want to waste time and have a laugh

Awful experience at this practise. I was suffering from severe cold and flu and visited Dr Shambhu Nath Datta. He didn’t ask me a single question about history, symptoms or my covid test. Just examined me that too without my consent which was pretty surprising.
Prescribed me few medicines with such a bad attitude that i almost thought being a culprit there. Never ever going back to this practice again. Horrible

This is one of the worst medical practice I have ever seen in my entire life.where appointment schedule are messed up. After booking doing cancellation. Also doing booking and when you reach there there do cancel by saying unbelievable reasons.highly unprofessional staff.please avoid using this practice. I am going to transfer records into another medical center. Patients can guess from the rating and the way of non professional.this is highly disappointing

They never answer the phone.
I wait up to 10-20 minutes for reception to answer a call then end up hanging up.
No calls are ever returned and the complaints don’t get dealt with.

The worst GP Dr. Shambhu Datta i have ever had in my entire lifetime. I suggest all other visitors not to make any appointments with him. Just wish i could give negative stars as my reviews.

The receptionist that worked on 18/6/2021, she/he is incapable of answering the damn phone. Called 6 times, all 5-10mins long waiting on hold. Couple of times they picked up the phone then hung up.

Awful, I had an appointment at 10: 30am, got there at 10: 25am and reception acknowledged me and told me to take a seat, that was all. It got to 10: 45am and I still hadn't been seen, but thought it was fair sometimes there's a wait (even though the waiting room was dead) I noticed people started coming in after me and being seen before me by the doctor I was meant to see. I waited till about 10: 55am and went upto the receptionist and explained the situation, to which she replied "Have you filled out the new patient form"? I said "Yep, I did that online yesterday as requested". (Funny she didn't ask that when I came in). The receptionist explained the doctor was running behind and I would be seen soon. The last straw was it got to about 11: 10am and I still hadn't been seen and people who were coming in with later appointments were being seen before me still. I went up to the receptionist and explained, she was quite rude about it and I told her to cancel my appointment with no charge. It was clear they had forgotten about me and instead of just telling me that, she made an excuse to say he was "running behind". You would expect more from a clinic who is trying to charge $85 on a weekend. Terrible, I will never go back here and do not recommend it. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Had a 9am appointment and patients scheduled for appointments after mine have gone in first. My wait time exceeded 50 minutes. I won’t be returning to this medical practice.
