Coffee in a drive through? Why not? Good coffee, one of the best banana bread I’ve tasted. Worth the drive.
A must try for everyone who needs that coffee hit, i ordered a cafe mocha for a change, best thing i every did! Highly recommended
Some staff are nice, most are rude. Coffee and food is overpriced and always have to wait ages.
Waited over 30 minutes for coffee, isn't drive through coffee supposed to be more convenient? Coffee was horrible and overpriced too. Lesson learnt: (

Waited 25+ minutes in one of the two lines. Watched one man only wait 5 minutes in the other line as there orders were taken twice on the iPad and ours not taken once. Extremely not happy with how they prioritise orders.
Coffee great, but be prepared to pay heaps and be running late for where your meant to be and bad customer service. We were served by an older Asian lady who took our order of two coffees and a banana bread, it seemed really expensive but we paid the amount asked, we received two coffees and two breakfast roll things, I said we didn’t order those and she said oh well they are good anyway, and walked off.we won’t be back
Called in last month for a long mac using my keep cup with sugar already added paid $4.60. Call by today, same request, same keep cup with sugar added & they wanted $5.80. Asked for my cup back, selected 1st gear in the car and won’t be returning. Not going to be ripped of for what amounts to be a double shot with foam in my own cup. This coffee rip off in Perth needs to stop
Coffee is amazing, don’t get me wrong, but sizing is a bit ridiculous, what is this, Starbuck? Since when did a TALL become a small? And for the price. $4.70 for a tall.which by the way, is a small. Mcdonald’s is cheaper with also great coffee but for an actual TALL.
Then i get told about the ZCard.great benefits and so on, but don’t get told it’s like $8 until actually having my card and charging me. To think i was going to get food, but decided not too to save money.now i have an $8 card.that I can’t eat. This place has made my day hell upsetting.

Wouldnt waste my time going their ever again.line up was huge so i decided to park up and order at the counter as i was in a rush.sat at the window for 8 mins for them to say will be with you shortley.waited another 10 mins waiting to be served, to turn around and see the workers walking down the line up for cars taking everyones order.after nearly waiting for 20 mins i stormed off.this has happend twice now.
Maybe I'm used to the zarraffas on the Gold coast. The "strawberry milkshake" was 90% ice, with really watered down strawberry flavour.the breakfast roll was average, can't say I'll be coming back again as it was abit of a letdown.
Cheers to the young guy who served me at Zarraffa's this morning - nice to get service with a smile and the coffee was great
