Definitely worth it. Great cup size range too. Definitely need more Zarraffa's in Perth

Wow these guys have upd their game. Coffee has always been good but service was a bit slow. Today I could have likened them to quick draw McGraw the fastest cafe brevay in the west.

Dont know if it's under new management or not but its goin downhill.
The coffee I just brought at 4pm Thursday 16th December, was far from the better days. This place can give some of the BEST COFFEE you'll try and then something very YUK.

I changed my stars n review as Saturday n Sunday is some of the worst coffee experience, awful after taste like iv been poisoned.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY are a no go zone.

I dont usually write reviews but I was served by a very young girl I think her name was Lucy, mediocre service from her, received minimal greeting as she seemed more interested to talk to her male colleague and for someone who has children in the car I suggest she tones her conversation with her male colleague down as it involved inappropriate topic and language. What a headache to explain to my 5 and 8 y.o! I received my oat latte and it was flat, tasteless and extremely hot it nearly burnt my mouth! No surprises as the whole time she was preparing my drink all I could her was a loud painful screeching noise from the milk I assume.

However, I gave it another go yesterday and I was served by another girl (who was just fantastic to say the least) her name was Mary and I believe she is a manager there and she definitely has changed my perspective on this place! Awesome service from the moment I got to her drive thru to the moment I was leaving, she was professional yet very friendly and was so kind to my little ones they loved her! I hope the management informs her of her great service as she was beyond exceptional! Amazing oat caramel latte and babycinnos!

I definitely recommend this place to locals and beyond!

Great place, great food and coffee, friendly service, have been here on and off for years BUT guys…… it’s still way too slow! Too have to allow plenty of time if you have somewhere to be, you get trapped in. Add a speaker, more workers or faster pace.

No coffee is worth 30/40 minutes of my life I’ll never get back and once your in the driveway there’s no escape your stuck. Watched 4 or 5 cars t the end of the line give up turn around and leave

Pretty clear here what the problem is here. Why have a drive threw coffee place if it simply doesn’t work ‍️ It’s not time effective, dome would have brought me 7 coffees and 4 meals in this time

Very poorly planned and run business that you could poke holes in all day.

My coffee was good but that’s not the issue here.

Either open a normal walk in coffee shop or change and speed it all up.

For everyone saying how slow the service was- I agree it WAS. However since new ownership took over late November- the service is amazing- matches it great coffee. If you have been put off by the line, fear it no more! With a plethora of staff now on at all times the line is flying and the service is still amazing, but also quick. The best coffee south of the river- and I’ll argue with anyone who disagrees- great rewards if you if you buy the zarraffas thermo and get membership. Should be your go to 100% if you are in the area!

I'm a canning Vale local and this place is the slowest service you can come by. Overhaul your staff training to be faster. I've worked as a barista before and your staff are not trained well enough. This is why you have a long and slow queue.

Consistently good coffee. Would benefit from having a speaker box, so you're able to order in advance, rather than waiting til the window. Would help with the flow of traffic.

Today I was served by an older woman and she wasn't too friendly. There was a customer walking around the drive thru and she said he was meant to pay but he can't because you are in front of the window (how was I supposed to know). She was also very persistent on finishing the order.

I ordered a Long Macchiato Topped Up and was given and I quote the other staff member, A Latte Extra Shot. These are not the same coffees.

I don't visit Zarraffa's often but this isn't the usual experience I have.

Who wants to wait 30 mins for coffee have seen mutible people in the pass walk up the the window and get servers straight away thought I would do it and got the RUDEST responds from the old lady working in thier will never be back coffee is average anyway

What more can I say other than great coffee everytime, fast and friendly service, they start my day right everytime

The wait time is ridiculous.they need another coffee machine going to get the line moving.
The quality of the coffee is good

Great coffee and staff, always a fair wait but you know that's because they are so goood! I find it's more so if people are getting food aswell, maybe a few more staff and park for food to cut wait time.
Still an amazing place and i do always go out of my way and wait just to have their amazing coffee!

The drinks are always absolutely delicious never had a bad drink there, we ordered food today for the first time and it was so yummy! We had the chicken, cheese and avo ciabatta and the brekkie roll absolutely worth the money!

The lovely young lady there I wish I got her name she had dark hair, was absolutely gorgeous. She was so kind and was even willing to remake my drink if I didn't like it (was my first time trying something different) this is why I keep going back even if it us a 20 min drive. The staff are so sweet.

Great coffee, but coffee order was wrong this time and didn't realise until I got home. Tried sending a message but no response. Not sure it was worth the 25 minute wait.

The best hot chocolate I have had, nice sweet chocolaty flavour love how it comes with marshmallows.

One of the best coffees I have had in Perth. It might be the coffee you have been craving for a long time!

Can be busy at times but worth the wait!
