DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

A shocking 25 minute wait for 2x take away coffees last week. Bumper to bumper so there was no leaving the line even though I wanted to because I had a little toddler in the car. Someone came out at 5 minutes to take my order which really didn't help anything as I went on to wait another 20 minutes for two sub par coffees. Absolutely was not worth the wait. Was the third car in line for 20 minutes. The car holding everyone up looked to have order 3-4 drinks and 3 packages of food.if you can't handle serving the food and drinks through what should be a fast drive thru service - DON'T. Or better yet, have a better solution! Drive on the grass and bring it out to the them so the other 8 (YES COUNT IT, 8) cars in line can get the coffee they ordered 20 minutes ago that was lukewarm by the time I got it. And before the owners refer to me to a useless link to post my feedback, my feedback is already here to see, PLUS, clearly this response to everyone's negative feedback isn't being taken on board so save the link. I will not be using it. It's time to finally take on board what everyone is saying and do better. Never ever returning and will be directing everyone I know in the area to avoid also. Shocking.

The only thing I wish for is for a zarraffas closer to me. I travel 30 minutes just to get this coffee from here. This is my favourite always delicious coffee and food as well. Please open more stores

Definitely did not expect to wait half an hour for this quality

Been coming here for years and it was really good. Started to notice new staff and waiting time getting longer. Never spent more then 10mins in the queue at peak but lately with all the new younger staff, I've been waiting 30 to 40mins every time.

This place is amazing my family and friends love this place it's so nice and that are so nice to everyone

I have been a customers for years but lately the coffees have been very inconsistent. Today I order a Masai Caramelised Cappuccino + extra shot and a butterscotch white chocolate muffin. As you can see in the photo, its more like milk & caramel. I cant taste any coffee at all. And its over $8. Can you please rectify this? This is so disappointing.

Waited half an hours just a cup of coffee and wasn’t taste good at all. Even instant coffee tastes better. No worth at time and money …won’t be coming back

Great service and delicious coffee.
When I first pulled in the line was huge thinking it would take a while but a lovely worker walked around taking orders with an ipad and even with a huge line didn't take long to get our delicious coffee.

We love the friendliness and the taste of the coffee/food. HOWEVER, they should change the standard shot of their MASAI coffee to 3 shots as we’re paying $7+, and all we’re really getting is a Grande with extra milk. 3 shots should be standard for that size, as it is in every other coffee shop.

Great coffee and lovely staff! Our new stop on the way to work every morning. Can't comment on the food as we've not tried it.

I absolutely love coming here! Each time I am not disappointed! The girls know me as a regular and just make my coffee! Absolutely smiles all around! Coffee is! Hands down White chocolate mocha is wonderful! And the food is just delicious!

Went and got a coffee with my family today and was served by a young guy named Mitchell. We received excellent customer service from him and were very please with his friendly positive attitude. The coffee was amazing too! Great employee!

Perfect way to start the day wrong.awesome if you want some random coffee you didn't even order, and if you normally have any sugar in your coffee forget it. I've kept trying because they're close and the drive-thru is convenient, but I'm not wasting my money anymore

I loved the caramelised cremè fusion, it was soo fresh and the caramel coffee was great. I always come here and its always amazing

Best coffee in the area. Delicious food, and even better service. Really convenient, always make a stop when I'm in the area. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Burnt undrinkable coffee long waiting time everytime i visit its never good coffee. Ellenbrook zarraffas is the best for nice coffee and consistency.

Make a damn good coffee here. The only issue is that there aren't enough of them, so the lines can get very long and wait times even longer. Other than that, probably the best tasting coffee cold or hot around. 1 star loss for speed of service.

Absolutely brilliant, the iced coffee from here was to die for! The food was amazing too, very tasty and well presented. They used all recyclable cups, bags and straws too. Fast service and very friendly staff. Looking forward to going here again!
