Um, Wow! You don't get service like that through any other drive-thru! Food was really fresh. Can recommend.

Tasty, l had chicken nacho, with jalapenos, garlic dressing, sour crm, avocado salsa (can't remember the name). Plus, was yumbo. I'd go back, yay, so tasty not too hot, great!

Waited in the store for about 5 minutes, nobody came out to take my order. I pretty regularly get average service here but this was something else.

Healthy tasty just like Sumo, Salsa over priced by 30% they need to streamline their business processes economy’s of scale to survive etc or otherwise a fad that will fall by the wayside.

Yummy with reasonably healthy options for a fast food chain. Not cheap, but good value. Staff at this store have been friendly and professional on the few occasions that I have visited.

Terrible service from whoever was on your drive through tonight! Your staff were so uninterested in anything.

Picked up burritos here during a Sunday drive. The food was fine, but the staff were completely uninterested in their jobs. They just smashed the ingredients together without finesse. Some of the ingredients weren't applied evenly across the burrito, so there was lots at one end and none at the other. We'll visit a different zambrero next time.

Serves delicious and fresh food. Quality is always upto the maro. Staff are really good. This makes it 5

Working locally I have visited a few times since opening, Slowly descended into what I would word as "The slackest way to make Mexican". As a Zambreros advocate, It is clear the staff have 0 care factor, Nacho's were that drenched in liquid that it could have been mistaken for a bowl of ramen. No point in added corn chips if they're going to be swimming. Burritos exactly the same! People have drowned in better conditions then my nachos. Please drive a bit further to Vic Park or Clover dale. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad experience unfortunately. Had Beef Nachos delivered to apartments 5min away. Totally soggy corn chips. Edges of container (cardboard) were burnt, as were edges of outer corn chips. "Secret BBQ" sauce was opaque brown straight out of a bottle with zero flavour.disappointing.

Customer service was terrible, we waited a couple minutes to be served (even though it was dead) the girl that served us was very slow and shy. When we were eatting the employees friend came in and they were so loud talking, laughing and playing videos on their phone that my friend and I could barely talk without being interupted. When we went to leave we went to put our rubbish in the bin that was so full it was almost over flowing. Will not be coming back.

Ordered a meal today and got it super fast was very impressed.was also delicious.love zamberos:) :)

Terrible service, burrito wrapping skills are at an all time low. I used to come here all the time it seems to be getting worse the more I come.

Just popped in on the way past and had a good healthy meal. The service was good but lacked presentation. The dining area could of done with some better acoustics as the drumming of the room made it hard to hear. Other-wise all good

This is not our local Zambreros but we drive further to go here because it is much nicer then our local. The team here have great service, they have a nice dining area, which is really good for small/medium groups. The food is great and amenities are always clean. Parking is easy.

In general the food is great but there is one staff member who needs to be taught how to wrap Burritos properly.

Zambrero Ascot has thier own delivery driver (and car) so when they have multiple take away orders you can be left waiting. It took 1 1/2 hours one night, so I had no dinner going onto night shift and had the burrito for breakfast. Not the store peoples fault but the system they've chose to deliver food. The store workers were nice when called. Although I have given 3 stars I have shopped there again.

This going to be my favourite food place, the two girls who served are the best. Excellent job guys

Not finish my food. Absaloutely horrible.
I returned my first order because there was no sauce in it and he guy behind the counter pulled apart the burrito infront of me searching for about 30 seconds trying to find it.
Avoid.
