Zambrero Ascot

Just ordered a small burrito with everything in it i received the smallest burrito I’ve ever had in my life usually a good place to get good but been fairly inconsistent recently.

Kept wondering why any time qe go to this Zambrero outlet we are tye only ones there.tonight's experience might have given a hint.after navigating through horrendous drive through layout to the speaker ready to oder, a girl said "just a moment" - no other customers in store or near the store. When she returned the next thing she said was "would you be ordering more than one item? ". I don't recall ever bring asked this question at any drive through in my life.it was 7 pm.shecmight have been out of lettuce or something and had to recount buritto wraps anyway.drove to Zambrero Belmont, two lovely young people served us in a heartbeat with smiles and all due customer service pleasantries.

Delicious food. So fresh & tasty. Customer service was great, we had our little ones with us

Unfortunately someone wasn’t competent in reading the Uber receipt order and placed the wrong food item in the bag? I called up to resolve this issue politely, the women over the phone had said she’d contact Uber, I called back 5 mins after to hear the update and of course the store closed:) love that, so sick x

My first time ever having Zambrero and the pulled pork nachos was perfect. The best nachos I've ever had, I'll be definitely be back for more.

I came in yesterday around lunch time and I always get gluten free wrap which is harder to make. This lady made the most perfect burrito I’ve ever had I wouldn’t want anyone else to make it. She was so nice and sounded like she was from New Zealand and had tattoos on her arm. Thank you so much!

Pathetic service and extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I think this restaurant should consider there changes in their staff to improve their service.

I visited the Ascot, WA store at 6.30pm on 18/01/23, & we ordered 2x pairs of quesadillas with chicken in both. Both pairs were half-full, & one pair had beef instead of chicken. Both pairs were also very small & bland, & not worth the $9.40 we paid for each. This was a very disappointing experience, & has made us reluctant to visit this, or any Zambrero store again as it was a waste of money.

I tried to submit a complaint on their website, but every time I pressed "submit", it came up with an error (how convenient).

Madison was Above and Beyond right now. We never been there before as been new to Perth but she made us feel Home and was very helpful to make us order the right meal as I was very very hungry haven't had Lunch due to a busy scheduled day out. Loved the Power Bowl she advised and of course my partner her usual Quesadillas that she was delighted. BEST service ever.thanks to Madison

The staff at the Ascot Zambreros are the best out of any fast food outlet you will ever visit. The food is always fresh and the burritos and bowls are packed full (unlike some other zambreros stores). Even if there’s a long line they are as efficient as they are friendly. Do yourself a favour and grab some value for money meals next time you’re looking to grab a meal. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I've been coming to this Zambrero for a while now and I have to say this one is the best of the lot. The food is always well prepared and fresh, which can be hard to find at some Zambrero stores. The food is always delicious.

The customer service is next level, and one employee in particular carries that. Carmela is so friendly and always make sure my order is correct and my food is made well. Her and the store are the best!

We were the only ones there at the time, it was mid afternoon. Service was great, the young girl was very pleasant. The Tacos were excellent

First time visiting Zambrero. Great fresh food. Good service. It was nice and clean to eat in.

Been meaning to go here for a while, so glad that we did, great food, nice and healthy. Will be back

UPDATE: After posting this review I received a response from the store manager with a satisfactory explanation and resolution. Happy with the service from him so I've updated my rating to 3 stars.

Another day, another bad experience.

On the 11th of July, my partner ordered a bowl (double beef) and 2x Dos Capas from this store between 9: 30 - 10 PM. He was served by a young boy that did not understand his order at all and therefore my partner had to repeat each part of the order at least 3 times.

My partner gave the boy $50.15 for the $23.15 order. He received $25.85 change. My partner explained how the change situation worked. The boy gave him $1 back. My partner accepted this out of sheer frustration at this point.

Upon returning home he was frustrated once AGAIN, because he only received 1 Dos Capas not the 2 he was expecting. He paid $23.15 which at the time he thought was correct as we were unaware the double beef was +$4.

This isn't the first time the staff have gotten an order wrong - it really shouldn't be up to the customers to double and TRIPLE check orders and then AGAIN check the order when receiving it.

Would definitely recommend buddy shifts for this particular staff member and keeping a calculator near the till. In addition perhaps revamping the hiring process to include a basic maths test and some role playing.

Feedback sent to the store via email on 12/7 however they haven't bothered to respond.:)

Ordered the power bowl 3/4 of my bowl was lettuce, they also did not put my Basil sauce on my bowl. Very disappionted seeing i paid $18.40 for a very light bowl of lettuce. No pinto bean very little pork.

Constant delays despite ordering 30 - 45 mins in advance using the provided mobile app. Food is just okay.

Other locations are much better operated. Alternatively, use Guzman y Gomez in Belmont if you want similar food without delays.

I ordered 2 burritos via a mobile app and it would be ready by 6: 32pm.
I came to pick up those burritos and got told that they were not ready despite ordering 30 mins prior.

Pretty hit and miss really. We eat nachos there weekly and they differ every week. Surely they would have portion scooper to make it the same every time

Ordered with Uber eats, it came.on time but it came completely Cold and was missing an item... Disappointing.
