Ordered two burritos tonight through the drive thru, we were the only customers there - no one else in store or in drive thru and our order was so wrong? Asked for burritos with no salsas, cheese and guacamole, and chipotle sauce. But instead got burritos with all the salsas, no cheese or guacamole and no sauce?
Like did they even read the order description when making the burritos? How can you get so much wrong when there’s only one order to do.

My partner and I eat here pretty regularly, and we've noticed the past few times that the quality of the burritos have gone down considerably. Last night we ordered a power burrito and a classic burrito, in both of them the black rice was undercooked, pretty much stale. We had to eat around it. The power burrito the past few times has been overstuffed so much that the burrito splits (too much sauce making the wrap soft and soggy) making it really hard to eat. We love Zambrero's but the Ascot location has been really disappointing lately. We'd love to come back if the staff begin to put more care into the way the make the food.

I'm a frequent zambrero customer at various locations in Perth, the zambrero Ascot store has been very disappointing the last 2 times if I could give 0 I would, the burrito was terrible it had split, it was basically all salad and the meat and rice was up one end.

If I could I would give 0 stars to this place. I ate in othets Zambrero stores and I never been disappointed but this store was really terrible. The burrito was only full of salad and rice, just few beans and no jalapenho and sauce at all! I asked clearly for all the items and when I went home I took pictures, sent it to them and complain.but they refused to refund me or offer somenthing else. Terrible customer service.and waste of money just for salad and rice.

I do not recommend it. I order 2 burritos and there was only rice and salad in the burritos, maybe half a teaspoon of beans and no sauce. I show them pictures and asked for a refund and they refused saying i was lying. Terrible customer service. This must be the worst Zambrero

Charge extra $ for sauce.ha ha.other all shop cheaper than here. I don't mind 50 cent ha ha. Still Friendly staff & good environment

Fantastic Food and Service! Lots of delicious options all freshly made! Wish they had more of a selection of desserts like ice creams to add to the brownies they sell (Brownies and Blondies are delish) or even a warm chocolate sauce for the brownies. Will definitely be back again:)

Enjoy coming here when we are near by, usually empty when we come around 7pm. Service is good. The foods are always fresh and packed nicely.

Regardless if its during lunch hour traffic they always maintain the quality of food ordered and service with a smile

Staff always good and food great, except a bit pricey. If you want 2x sauces it's an extra 50cents?

Attendent used the same gloves to prepare our food and handle the money transaction. I didnt feel like eating my burrito after seeing him do that.

Good service and packaging, however portions are very small for the price and taste of the food we ordered wasn't amazing.

Not good compare to other branches. Very bad service. They charge me more money and
quantity of food was less. This is my last visit here.

I never would have expected to have such a fun experience going through the drive thru! I was completely blown away by Carmela's outstanding customer service skills and warm personality. Carmela, you really brightened our night, and the team made us excellent burritos.

Love their burritos, packed full of rice salad and selection of meats or spiced cauliflower, good value and super filling and it also helps people in need of a feed. What's not to like?

Healthy tasty just like Sumo, But over priced by 30% they need to streamline their business processes economy’s of scale to survive etc or otherwise they will fall by the wayside.

Service with a smile:). Great food, fresh and healthy like all food should be. Would recommend zambreros over any other fast food chain.
