The location is great for snorkeling and visiting Cape Range National Park. In my opinion, however, the campsite only has 1 nice place to sleep and that is campground 1 for tents. The only place with grass and enough trees for shade.

Location fantastic. People friendly. Good cafe with long opening hours.pool for kids. Showers and toilets are as well good.

Kitchens are poor. One of the 2 kitchens had only stoves. None of them had a microwave. Washing machine program running only 30min, too short for the red dirt. Shop could have a bit more, like muesli and pegs for washing lines.

Great little spot to set up your camper in the shade and still be nearby to the beautiful beaches along the cape range.

Excellent location. Very clean. Hot showers running fresh water and electricity. No aircon or heating allowed but that’s fine.

Nice park out of town great location for ningaloo reef. There are really old ablutions on site that need to be removed a real eyesore but they do have clean ablution bring tie downs as it's extremely windy. The only real gripe I have is that they advertise powered sites but when you arrive you get told you can't use anything with a heating element so no hot water systems toaster kettle the only thing the power is good for is your lights and fridge microwave which if you have modern caravan you can run anyway without needing power, and you are not allowed to keep your water tanks plugged into mains supply you must use your tank water 1st so in saying that $50 a night is quiet expensive. Pool and small Cafe on site

Great camping grounds very basic has a couple of BBQ areas and shower/toilet blocks and laundry. No microwaves on site has small pool and Cafe. Best thing is the location being so close to all the best snorkelling and beaches.

This was our second time to Exmouth, and we would definitely stay here again. The location beats being in town. You are already there on the Ningaloo Coast side. Perfect location for quick trips to the Reef.
Big powered sites, they ask you to fill your tanks up and not have them hooked up. Just go with it, they are on tank water so water is precious.
Facilities are great. Its a homestead, it was awesome. We will be back.

It is a great caravan park close to beautiful beaches and of course the nearby Cape Range National Park.
Snorkelling in the park is fantastic, we loved the Oyster Stacks, Turquoise Bay and Lakeside.
Hiking around Mandu Mandu was challenging but worth seeing the Rock Wallabies and Eagles.

The main amenities block was dilapidated needing an urgent upgrade like the ones for the tour groups.

Nice enough but a fair walk to the beach and a little more attention to the gardens n trees would be great especially as it’s an Eco resort! Pools good and sites are nice ish.

We booked for a week and told on arrival no water hook ups and very little power usage and no refunds and they advise for you take travel insurance out as there is a cancellation fee and you must cancel your booking more than 35 days out from arrival. If you are not able to provide a power site do not sell it as a powered site. It is a total ripoff. Make sure you read EVERYTHING in every section to get this info on the website as it is not obvious. Please what a joke. Only caravan park we have found that does not do refunds. Really poor customer service. And just trying to double their money as would easily fill the spot in busy season.

Great location for Ningaloo. Staff are relentless snoops. Driving by slowly all day in beat up unregistered vehicles and then searching through your campsite while you are snorkelling to see if you have been using a toaster or a kettle. Making itemised lists of your belongings and then phoning you during the day to accuse you or wrongdoing, stupidly missing the highly visible battery and 1500W inverter being used for kettle and toaster.

No camp area the whole of Exmouth unless pre booked gets you trapped into staying here. Not a bad place but told by reception not allowed to use toaster, heater, air-conditioning or even the kettle due to electricity restrictions. $80 per night but with free camp conditions.

Not much choice so they get away with it.

Pretty disappointed I arrived having cooked and frozen all my meals only to be told anything like toasters, microwaves and air conditioners etc couldn't be used despite being a powered site.
They said it's in the T&C's which they send after you've paid at time of booking. Would have been better to tell people then because let's face it who reads T&C's.
They stated it trips the power.

At no stage whilst there did power trip and every long term tenant had their air conditioner running 24x7. Certainly the one next to my site did.
After a few days and seeing others use blenders etc I decided to use my microwave and you guessed it nothing happened after reheating my meals for 5 minutes so I don't understand why they do this.

Apparently it's OK for their homes and other tenants but others no despite paying top rates.

Men's toilet urinals are in full view of anyone walking past which I found a joke and overall the amenities are run down and poor.

One shower leaked water 24x7 yet signs were up about conserving water. A few washers and easily fixed eventually after a week I saw a sign saying don't use. Not sure why it was still leaking.

It's pretty noisy till late with kids screaming and running around through campsites etc.

Great facilities for this outpost. Cheapest fuel of the area. Dusty and windy, but that’s the time of the year (end October)

Good spot. Good value. The facilities are average. Grateful for a site that didn't flood in a recent storm - some did.

Good caravan park, good sized sites. Ablution block in the area I was in is old but very clean. About 30kms from Exmouth Town but worth it as it is much cheaper than those in town. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Would stay again

Maybe people who give poor reviews should read the well published facts of the park. The power / water is well explained. If you can’t do without air conditioning. Electric kettles. Microwaves. Maybe you should book into a hotel? You can use gas for your appliances and water heating. You can fill your tanks as often as you like with good quality water. Just don’t leave them plugged in. Feel bad for the park when they clearly advertise the “shortcomings “ and people still complain

By all means if you enjoy paying for a camp site with power and feeling like you as if you are staying at a free camp site book Yardie. The power does not allow you to run a kettle, a toaster or microwave. If you are lucky enough to have a/c in your camper forget running that also, So good luck having young kids and getting them to sleep in a sauna. You also cannot plug the hose into your camper and the bathrooms are rundown and disgusting.
