I tried emailing this place for more information about the promo they have on Groupon and Fatemeh was very dodgy about the details of the groupon service. They obviously don’t need any more clients. The groupon anti wrinkle injections are not for Botox, they were for Dysport (although they weren’t specific about this). You can use the groupon for Botox but you won’t be getting the 50 units stated on the Groupon.and they won’t state how many units of Botox for the 50 units of “anti wrinkle relaxer” on Groupon. Although they did urge to come into their clinic to discuss further. Why can’t they just answer my questions directly on email? Quite unprofessional. If they deny this, I have the email to prove it.

Received muscle relaxer inection on my forehead from nurse Damien. He is very skillful, caring and patient and explains all the details.
Ive also tried Veronika´s magical massage couple of times and felt excellent afterwards.
Surely I will be back again to receive more A+ treatment services in future.

Recently been to Equinox and had a great experience with a girl called Audrey. She was really chatty and knowledgeable about my skin and what would suit me best and made me feel right at ease and my skin felt amazing after it, a few people evening complemented it and iv been recommending her. I have been having beauty treatments by the amazing cosmetic nurse Damien. I personally travel amost an hour to this clinic. Damien is the epotime of aethetics, he has a fantastic eye for detail, explains all procedures, has a sunny disposition, listens to any concerns/ questions and makes me always feel at ease.

I came here because I had extensive pigmentation on my face. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and have helped with my pigment and when I signed up I got discounted IPL so I’m also doing that here. Definitely recommend!

Went in there to enquire about a service that was advertised on special and was speaking to a lady called Audrey. I found her to be rude, abrupt and extremely unwelcoming for a salon. Not so much as a smile - rather an ugly scowl. I'm sure this isn't a true reflection of the clinic or the services it offers but lady - you need to pick up your game if you can't accommodate people walking in asking you a genuine question regarding the business. Safe to say, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Debbie the cosmetic nurse is amazing, she has so much knowledge and experience and I can say this was the best experience having my lips injected by her that I have ever had and i have been to a few clinics. She put me at ease and explained everything even though I had done it before and was so gentle that i hardly felt a thing and no bruising at all- I love love love love my lips! Shes a keeper xy! I have recomended her to all my friend so get ready:)

Had my lips done by the amazing nurse Debbie, Ive had my lips done previously and have always bruised and swelled really bad but this time I got neither! From start to finish, Debbie was so reassuring and calming and told me all risks but I felt so safe with her! The clinic was so clean and she was very hygienic which made me feel so comfortable! I’m so so happy with my lips and will continue to go to Debbie!

Don't know how they got my number, but they keep sending me unwanted spam SMS trying to sell me beauty products for which as a bloke I have absolutely no interest in. Ella Rouge etc. Just Bl.dy annoying. I am on the do not call register as well but it does not seem to register with them.

I have been having various treatments at XY belmont for over a year now and i have found all the lovely ladies at XY Belmont to be so welcoming and so accomodating. They really know there stuff. To address one of the reviews below i have had appointments with Audrey and Fatima and probably all the staff thoughout the year and I have had nothing but warm, friendly expert advice so a big thank u to the team at XY

I go the Belmont store and the customer service is amazing. The ladies there are wonderful, you feel comfortable, they are professional and informative yet don't pressure you to do anything.

I have been a customer at XY Belmont for many years and highly recommend their service, professionalism and honesty. They won't try and sell you products you don't need, they offer you solutions within your budget. I recommend getting the monthly zest membership purely to utilise the monthly microdermabrasion/facials. Thanks so much Fatima, Audrey, Stella and the rest of the team! X
