I had a Hifu facelift on Saturday this week. I am thrilled with the results. I didn't expect to see any results for 2 -3 months, naturally I am delighted having seen a change in my face immediately. It feels tighter and looks fresher.
Fatima was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have decided to go ahead with laser pigmentation treatment and some thread lifts with Fatima. Given the success of this treatment, I trust her and equinox beauty fully.

Oh my god this place is amazing. Sophie is just next level - so lovely and genuinely cares about skin and gets so invested in your results. I had really dark pigmentation and after 1 IPL session my skin is like porcelain. I thought I had tried everything and never imagined I could achieve results like this and something that actually works. If you feel like you have tried everything do yourself a favour and go see Sophie or Audrey. I can’t sing their praises enough and express how grateful I am to have found them

I have just completed my very first Thread Lift with Dr Shah at Equinox Cosmetic Clinic.
I am absolutely thrilled with the immediate results achieved.
Dr Shah was highly communicative throughout the procedure so I knew what was happening at all times, his technique was smooth and gentle and I felt absolutely comfortable and confident in his care.
I was provided with extensive information from Fatima regarding my Thread Lift and she happily answered all of my questions.
I will be returning to Equinox Cosmetic Clinic in the future and highly recommend Dr Shah and Fatima for a Thread Lift.

I had a face thread lift and the experience was thoroughly professional by Dr Shah Yazdan and his nurse. This will always be my go to for all beauty services.

I sent them a few emails last year or the year before, end of, from a different email address enquiring about treaments. They never responded. Imagine doing business with a company that's too lazy to even bother responding to a potential client. Can you just imagine how terrible their customer service would be if anything went wrong. Anyway just thought I'd write this review as they've filled up my email with spam, made me remember how they ghosted me as a client. Prompted me to write this as i was meant to write long ago, so here you go. I've had several procedures done elsewhere and this business's customer service is a red flag, go elsewhere. I did two procedures today (HiFU and Chin filler) with Nurse Damien and he was fantastic. I was anxious coming in since it was my first time to do the procedures but the staff were very hospitable. Damien explained the procedures very well and made me feel comfortable all throughout. Immediate results are even more impressive. Another plus was that my Groupon voucher was accepted with ease.

Simply they are refusing to refund my money, the receptionist hanged up the call on me plus the owner promised me i would see the result on laser hair reduction treatment ; which i didnt see any result at all so far after 7th sessions. I believe i wasted my money, i wont recommend this place.dont go here, you will waste your money, these people aren't honest with you. I spent 1k and i saw no result, 2 sessions left, i requested a refund but in respond they abused me and hanged up the phone.they know how to keep the customer to come back because they never put 100% to work effectively on that IPL. So disappointing. What you would see mostly is the owner butter you up that this is the problem with your hairs and bluh bluh! They even claimed laser not always going to work on everyone and there are people that see no result:) and she told me that low number of people who don't see any result at all is just me so far! This is how business been running!

I was very satisfied and happy with the HIFU full face treatment I have received at Equinox beauty clinic. Super friendly and knowledgeable staffs, noticeable results straight away. I will get back for sure and will book my mum there to get her full face done.

I bit disappointed i been try call ur business number and i want do make a appointment for wax and your phone keep saying is filed I can’t call i try 10 time to call keep saying is field So i went to the shop and ask if they have some spot for me do wax and they full booked i truely understand that we have to booked when u want do a treatment at ur place.but your phone not working.

I visited Nurse Damien for the first time 2 years ago for my first lip treatment. I was extremely nervous but he was very calming and thorough so I felt completely at ease. Damien takes his time in consultation and during the process to ensure you get the result you are after and even texts you in the 24 hours following to check everything is fine.
Yesterday I had driven from my country town for my 3rd lip appt, when they had to unexpectedly cancel my appointment. Against my better judgement as I had come such a long way and I wanted them done prior to an event, I went elsewhere. While I am still happy with the result, the experience was worlds apart and highlighted how amazing Damien is. I did not book the other place for the price, but they were $20 less. I don't look at that when it comes to my face, however the other experience felt so cheap and inferior.
Equinox are highly professional, clean, thorough and a superior service.

I had my lip filler done by Damien last week, this was my first time at Equinox Clinic and I am obsessed! It didn’t hurt at all, and Damien was really thorough with explaining the procedure. The shape he has achieved is amazing, I just love my lips! I wanted to get the top lip more plump, with more height, which he achieved perfectly (no other injector has ever been able to achieve the way I wanted it). I’ll definitely be going back for more procedures in the coming weeks that I’ve been considering for a while.

I had tear trough fillers with the lovely nurse Damien. This the first time I've had any kind of treatment like this, and I was nervous. He was very kind and gentle, and did a great job. Hardly felt a thing, and the whole process didn't take more than half an hour. He checked in on me that evening and the next day to make sure everything was ok. The salon has a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly. I'll be back for sure.

I have never left a bad review for anything before but I just found Audrey to be insanely rude and I think a better attitude and some manners would do her some good. Or maybe just get rid of her all together and people would feel more relaxed at equinox. Considering she works in customer service she really should have a better understanding on how to treat others. I’m sorry you all have to work with her.
