XY Skin + Body Specialists Belmont / Equinox Beauty and Cosmetic Clinic

As I was having a night out I booked a make up session. My original appointment was for 1.45pm and they rescheduled to 1.15pm. I waited from just after 1pm in the salon only to be spoked to at 1.30pm. The consultant advised that she had been trying to contact me the whole time. My phone was in my hand and had not rung. The consultant (in between 2 phone calls on her mobile) quickly applied my make up taking less than 30 minutes when advised it would be 60 minutes. The makeup itself was reasonable but the huge fake eyelashes were a bit over the top for a 60 year old lady. After being advised they were the only ones she had in stock. She told me I looked beautiful and I would get use to them. Half way through the appointment I was asked if I could pay in cash and if I didn't have enough there was an atm machine out front.
I can not say I enjoyed the experience and seriously would be prepared to pay double for a glass of water and a more relaxing atmosphere.

I had recently had a microdermabrasion and Veronika was lovely. Definitely recommend this clinic!

I had my eyebrows tinted and I thought I would just have the same eyebrow shape as I normally do but a few shades darker. I go to look in the mirror after the treatment is done and I have the fattest darkest slug eyebrows I’ve ever seen. I expressed I was very unhappy with the treatment to the blonde woman who did them and she said well this is how I do eyebrow tint. She offered nothing in return and I left feeling like I had wasted my money and I felt so embarrassed of how I looked. I came in for a wax and tint and left with huge, hideous, unnatural looking eyebrows for $55. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, literally anywhere.

The team at Equinox Cloverdale really know their stuff. I have always struggled with my skin and since getting monthly microdermabraisons, I can see such a difference in only three treatments. Audrey is lovely but anybody on the team will be awesome!

I would refer anyone to attend this skin & body salon as they are professionals and also very attentive to your own views as to your best treatment. Especially Debbie:)

Cosmetic injection training - ️

I loved the personal touch of 1 on 1 training, the atmosphere and staff were just awesome!

The owner/staff were very attentive and made sure I was well looked after with food and drinks for the day, plus they made my models feel valued!

Debbie was my teacher and working with her has made my first (hands on) experience an unforgettable one!

I had all the information required to make sure the day ran smoothly and I remained within my scope at all times. I have gained confidence and I believe with support of my colleagues, I'll be working automously in the near future.

I am currently undergoing IPL, and the results are amazing. I noticed a significant decrease in hair growth after my first session with Audrey. Audrey gives amazing insight into any questions you may have regarding the treatment and is super friendly upon every visit. I came in to have my tear troughs, lips and chin done by Damien after following him on IG. I found Damien to be super knowledgeable, friendly and confident. I was a bit anxious about the risks of the treat trough treatment but his confidence and knowledge put me at ease. The procedure was almost painless. He knew exactly what I was after in regards to my lips and managed to give them a bit of that Russian look I had been wanting but had been unable to find anyone that could attempt it. He followed up on me via text to make sure all was well after the treatment, which I found to be above and beyond any other person that's ever treated my face with injectables. The rest of the staff was super friendly and overall it was an excellent experience. I would recommend Damien to anyone looking to get these treatments. Now that swelling has subsided I am absolutely elated with my results. I look fresh, natural and feel super confident. Thank you Equinox!

Having tried a few different clinics for wrinkle relaxers I came across EQ Belmont 2018 and have not looked back since. Damien, the cosmetic injector is amazing! He takes care with fine attention to detail, always makes me feel comfortable and my results are fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have been to a lot of cometic injectors but have found the best now! Cosmetic nurse Debbie is so knowledgable and lovely. I was very unhappy about my previous filler at another clinic but she fixed my lips so they are just what i wanted and she even said no to another treatment that I had been told would be good for me saying I did not need it -so honest! I love that. I will be a regular customer now. Thanks Debbie you are great!

I meant to do this earlier but I saw cosmetic nurse Debbie a few weeks ago for botox and lip fillers and was very happy. I got a great result from the botox, the best I have ever had and no topping up as I have had to do before to correct it. My lips were amazing what else can i say apart from that she is a majician and knows her stuff and explains everything so well and told me the risks that i had never bee told before!

Absolutely love this place! Audrey is pure ‘skin goals’ and gives the best advice/treatments for my fair/freckled/dry skin. I got the IPL Pigmentation treatment and couldn’t be happier, my freckles literally fell off my face within a week! I also get Micro and eyebrows done here monthly and love it. Highly recommended!
