Karawarra is a good place to go for general things like groceries, cafes, and some household goods, but there are no specialist stores like Officeworks or Bunnings.
I normally go here for my grocery shop and an occasional take away dinner. The food shops they have here are quite diverse, so it's a great place to grab lunch or dinner on your way home.
Generally this is a good place for a quick shopping visit but there's not really anything to hang around for.

Basic shopping centre experience. As long as you are not looking for something incredibly specific you will likely find it here. Extremely busy during the post work period and nearly always packed to the brim with foreign and local students. It's in the heartland of the Curtin uni share house territory, great if that's your demographic.

Lots of good food shops. Good for a date and you can watch a movie after dinner! Get a cheap movie tickets with telstra thanks!

Has been my local shopping center for years, always clean, good selection of shops especially Specsavers and The Front Door gift shop.

Great shopping complex spread over two sites. Ample parking, especially upper area. Convenient food places for thousands of uni students. Banking, post office, Coles and IGA. Coffee shops, great computer repair shop. Close to main roads for access, and buses.
