Waterford Plaza

Small centre, divided in two sides. Iga side and coles side. Building works happening at present.

A small shopping mall located in the southern district 6km from the city. The advantage is that it has everything you need, including Coles and Woolworths. The shortcomings are also obvious: although there are many restaurants, most of them are not delicious. Overall, if you just want to fill your stomach and buy some daily necessities, it is highly recommended.

Waterford Plaza is a decent shopping centre. It Is mostly just a building for the Coles Supermarket there. The other shops are shoved into corners, and dont have much of a presence (it feels like you need to look for them). Current there is construction going on, splitting these Plaza into two seperate buildings. The plaza had rooftop parking, and plenty of ground level parking.

Kitchen inn express really great South Malaysian food and not expensive. A excellent beef randang with sambal on the side and chill jar on each table. Good vegitarian selection. Freshly cooked and served in 10 min when not busy. PS must be really great as a lot of Asian clients getting some soul food. And real friendly staff.

Small collection of shops and eateries. Usually easy to get a park but they've been replacing the road surface and so there are fewer spaces now. Chilliz is my go-to for their excellent beef Curry Malaysian style.

Just wanted to sincerely thank the security & a coles rep for noticing the windows of my car were open, they came & got me in Coles, helped to resecure my vehicle! THANK YOU

A comfortable shopping place with coles, IGA, nandos and post offices as well as several other interesting shopping places to visit, unfortunately since covid, this place has started to lose its customers so it has an impact on many places being closed

Really well located, Coles and IGA bookend the plaza. In the middle is a nice place for lunch. Subway, Coffee Shop, Bubble Tea etc.the Coles and chemist are excellent - this place has a nice vibe.

Convenient place to get any essentials or some good food, has a lot of good fast food places littered around.

Food outlets outside are good. But hardly anything else. Considering its near a University it could offer more facilities

Has everything a suburban shopping could need.only slight downside is traffic.but thats good for the centre.

Coles, iga, dentist, pharmacy, bar, fishnchips, reject shop, coffee, florist, massage, pedicure, all in one place

Great range of shops with the best Super IGA in Perth to boot. Plenty of parking which also includes rooftop bays.

A great smaller shopping centre, with a very nice central alfresco courtyard dining precinct. Includes some well stocked supermarkets and excellent dining options.

There are always events for the locals being held here. I recently attended the Lunar New Year celebrations which was excellent and very enjoyable for all.

The centre is clean and well maintained. Note that the central dining precinct can get very hot during summer heat.

This place has a lot security walking around.they use under cover security also. Security people walking around in the car park as well. I didn't feel very safe Must be a high crime area. Also, i found the shoppers and store staff not very friendly.

Nice Centre to come and shop at. Sad Crossroads moved out. Check out Gloria Jeans they make a fabulous coffee. Jamaica Blue serves delightful lunches. Coles has a great health food & GF range. Old Chang has delicious fried rice. My fav store is You Skin & Body for all your waxing, manicures and a whole lot more! Almost forgot IGA - I love their fresh produce range.

They've really tried to update the shopping centre, but the design and the way it's located between its cross streets is a nightmare to navigate if you don't know the area

Has a large Coles and IGA. No undercover parking. Some shady characters around. My neighbours were robbed by a gang. Needs Security. Toilets and takeaway available.
