The local to Curtin uni and karawara,
Be warned this place is rough after 9pm,
There is always car accidents in the car park, as it is on the tighter side and not so user friendly.
But otherwise good shops some cheap lunch and dinner eatery's overall a good centre,
Coles is open till late during the week and iga is open till 11pm.

Always got what I need for food or drinks ^^

All in all, incredibly rude staff.

The location is prime so the potential is there for an excellent experience.

Down Town Beirut. This convenient shopping centre, has a number off shops; that employ personnel; with extremely poor 'Customer Service skills. Arrogant & Surly behaviour by employees, in the work place, should not be tolerated! These individuals should be working in a different vocation. Managers should ensure their staff are not 'Psychotic or have affiliation to Illicit drugs.

The Waterford complex is a nice to shop. Relatively quiet as compared to Carousel and Vic Park shopping centres. Easy to find parking and always nice to grab a coffee / jesters pie from Gloria Jeans while shopping.

It's good but the walkway in the centre is pretty dangerous cause cars drive fast so watch your children

Not many shops or restaurants. This place has got no vibes and is a really boring place where you got coles and varsity bar. Avoiding the place is the best option.

Great place for a variety of food at a reasonable price from fast food to Asian cuisines ie Japanese food, Malaysian food, korean food, and Vietnamese food. Presto, Chattime and Boost with supermarkets Coles and IGA. Froyo (Berry Me) and Gelaré for desert. Priceline and discount drug stores are also available. Parkings great, many spots. There’s also a barber there.

I often find the carpark is a problem for me, but the shops are lovely. Coles, Woolies, lunch spots, gift thingies. Lots of interesting and varied eating spots and of course bubble tea. Evening markets from time to time with local produce and local businesses under the pretty fairy lights. Nice atmosphere.

This was at QQ Pan Mee at Waterford plaza. We had KL pork noodle soup, Sambal Fried rice and curry Chee Cheong Fun. All very good with great flavour. The sambal fried rice was hotter than I expected but a true malaysian would say it was medium heat. We enjoyed the dishes we had.

Hungry jacks is open 24/7 and IGA is open late

It's a small but very satisfying little plaza.
You have a great range of food options, from Asian to Australian, Burgers to Coffee. There's something for everyone here, and plenty of restaurants and fast food venues nearby too.

Due to the university campus nearby, this plaza is always hustling and bustling late into the night:)

Smallest shopping centre, but beautiful, relaxing with everything available. Great chilling out place at night for foods, drinks and great environment

A good selection of restaurants and take away places. Located right near Curtin Uni so priced for Uni students.

Great little shopping center, for last minute items.usually pretty busy around lunch time because of Uni students.

Always happy to see the flowers outs super IGA. I like the lights at night there. But forget to take a photo

Good well stocked Coles and IBA Supermarkets, and liquir store, chemist.reasonably good parking with no parking fee.

Nice little shopping center that has enough to get you out of trouble without the big shopping hassle

IGA in this shopping mall is huge, easy to use and easy to navigate, not like Coles where there always is a lot of people waiting at the checkout. Car parking however is not easy, wish there was a chance to renovate it and make it better, but doubt that,
