Unfortunately we were there just after massive rains so most of the park was waterlogged. It is an older style park with older ammenities but the view was super it is probably a great park in better weather as has beautiful outlook with boating and fishing options

Quite a nice place but so glad we went off season. The Park wasn't that busy but they still packed you in up close and personal when there were so many vacant sites. Not much of a view anywhere in the park. Very limited for river front sites. We're fully self contained so didn't use the facilities. We've been on some very rough roads but be warned, the roads in the caravan park are the worst I've been on for a long time. Management seemed nice but was a bit surprised that they wanted the balance of the site fees a couple of days before we arrived even though we had paid a deposit. Great base to see the Valley of the Giants and do the tree Top walk, see Circular Pool. Little town of Walpole is wonderful. All in all worth a visit

Looked like a nicely kept place. Well located. We did not stay there just checked it out for future trips.

Beautiful with inlet for fishing, boating and swimming. Wifi is very weak, toilet and shower not enough for this big caravan park.

Sadly this was one of the many Caravan Parks in the SW of Western Australia that can't fit 19 mtr Big Rigs. These Parks insist council not provide freedom camps or provide for overflow or oversized. Travellers have no choice but to move on, depriving other businesses of income.

Take your hammers people because trying to peg down a tent is super difficult as the ground is very solid and tough

A great caravan park for individual or group camping which is beside the Walpole inlet. It is a dog friendly park with condition. The powered campsite is spacious. The staffs are friendly at the front office. Our group had a great time there and will be back again.

Great location.no shade for most of the sites. Over crowded, No flexibility in allowing families who booked together to be together. Very clean.

This is a great place on the river estuary.
It is a little tired

How ever the road into this place is very narrow.
When passing on coming verhicles you have to get right off the road.

It needs widening asap by the council.

It's not1920 any more, its 2022.

We had 2 nights here as a base for the visit to the valley of the giants and the treetop walk. Then a visit to the big Tingle tree.
The wet on day 2 did not make ease of packing up however management was ok with us taking a little longer.
Thanks to them.

Upon ringing, we enquired about unpowered site. We were quoted $25. Upon arrival, we were told they only have powered sites and we were charged $38. Not honest at all. Be mindful. As a result, all we want to do is get the he'll out.

The campsite has an amazing location. As soon as you arrive you can see many kangaroos. The campsite is right on the lake. Beautiful of sunset and plenty to do around. Bathroom were cleaned and staff nice

What a perfect weekend with the girls. Cabins were neat, clean. Beds were comfortable. View to the lake were stunning. Mob of kangaroos to greet us on arrival. With family groups mixed in, a joey in the pouch another hopping around and the male/buck watching over them? What a joy.
Great staff to top it all off.

Green grass - yippee! Nice green sites! Huge van park with lovely inlet on one boundary (great for boaters, kayakers etc). Amenities look, on the outside, a little old but are nice inside and very clean. The jumping pillow was a hit with the kids.

Older caravan park with cabins and powered sites. Older bathroom facilities but clean and tidy.
