Waldecks

Thankyou to the lovely young man that assisted me today. Without being asked he picked up the bags of vegetable mix I wanted, put them onto my trolley, pushed the trolley to the checkout, processed the order and put them into my car. I couldn't ask for better customer service. They were too heavy for me to handle. Thankyou very much and I apologise that I didn't ask your name. Your assistance made my day. Enjoy yours.

I was very impressed with the service and help I received at Waldecks by all staff including the cafe. I would definitely visit there again for my garden needs and recommend it to friends.

Great selection of plants. Cafe was great with an adequate kids playground. Service from the Cafe was excellent.

Pulled into your carpark about 10 minutes before closing time (yesterday 6/7/23) and in the rain. A young man at the checkout desk called me in through the out door to prevent me getting any wetter.
That was pleasant experience number 1.

Pleasant experience number 2 was the young woman also there lending me her expertise to very quickly locate exactly what I needed, and even taking the time to select the stock that would give me an "instant garden" look.

I'm pretty sure I paid moments after closing but was so impressed that I was given such cheery service at the end of a long day.

May I say, too, the garden centre is stunning!

Please pass on my commendation to the staff involved.

Went there and had breakkie. The hash brown was so good and definitely love eggs Benedict. Been here a couple of times to shop for pots and plants. Great selection. Some staff are friendly.

Do not recommend.ordered the special of fried chicken and waffle for $23 i got 5 chicken nuggets, 1 undercooked fried egg and 2 still frozen waffles. My coffee was cold and my kids pancakes still had chunks of flour inside. Also very rude service to customers and one worker was rude to another worker cause her words (dont talk to her she cant talk English)

We just discovered the Cafe and are very impressed.beautiful breakfast and fantastic coffee. We thoroughly recommend.

Food comes put quickly and is pretty decent.

I’ve had such an excellent experience while coming to Waldecks Kingsley. I come here a lot and the staff are so lovely and informative. Naomi always helps us and is highly educated on plants and what they require. She helps me find the right plants for the right spaces and gives recommendations on what might be a better choice. Their plants always last (not die) and are of premium quality. They have a large assortment of beautiful plants and the plants look extremely healthy. Would highly highly recommend this place.

Always enjoy heading off for a breakfast on a Sunday and wonder through the nursery. Everyone loves to buy a plant.

I had such a lovely come of hours looking for a special plant for inside my villa. The staff were so helpful and peacefulness of just wondering around. We had coffee and cake on special. Cakes were $6.00.

So I always take a bag with me when I go out shopping, especially when I go to the mall in Kingsley. I happened to stop by Waldecks to grab a pot. The cashier had the gall to assume that I was trying to steal, just because I had a bag full of other items with me. Please, some people don’t drive and will have to carry their purchased items with them before walking home.

There’s nothing worth stealing in your store anyways.

Wearing masks in the restaurant area is totally acceptable and fine by me, I'm pleased to see so many people embracing the mandatory masks. Being told to wear a mask outside in the open air in 30° heat is a different story, especially after just having spent over one hundred dollars on food.

Coffee is revolting, no idea how to make a proper iced latte. Superior attitudes from the wait staff and the cutlery wasn’t properly clean. Won’t be returning.

Had a wonderful visit to Waldecks today with my mum who is unwell and in a wheelchair. The staff were wonderful and helpful and we left with two beautiful trees. Before that though we had breakfast and scones in the cafe and there was a young gentleman called James working delivering the meals to the tables. I would like to say it’s been a long time since I have seen such wonderful service from anyone. Nothing was too much trouble for James and his pleasant efficient nature did not go unnoticed. Special morning for my family?

Vooks, gifts, pots, gardening accessories in a very large range. Parking right at the front 9f the stoor and a great range.

Beautiful pots and garden ornamental products I was very impressed with selection of Air plants, very nicely presented. Overall I enjoyed my Waldecks experience.
