Do not recommend.ordered the special of fried chicken and waffle for $23 i got 5 chicken nuggets, 1 undercooked fried egg and 2 still frozen waffles. My coffee was cold and my kids pancakes still had chunks of flour inside. Also very rude service to customers and one worker was rude to another worker cause her words (dont talk to her she cant talk English)

So I always take a bag with me when I go out shopping, especially when I go to the mall in Kingsley. I happened to stop by Waldecks to grab a pot. The cashier had the gall to assume that I was trying to steal, just because I had a bag full of other items with me. Please, some people don’t drive and will have to carry their purchased items with them before walking home.

There’s nothing worth stealing in your store anyways.

Wearing masks in the restaurant area is totally acceptable and fine by me, I'm pleased to see so many people embracing the mandatory masks. Being told to wear a mask outside in the open air in 30° heat is a different story, especially after just having spent over one hundred dollars on food.

Coffee is revolting, no idea how to make a proper iced latte. Superior attitudes from the wait staff and the cutlery wasn’t properly clean. Won’t be returning.

Wish there was a no star. I have given this place a second chance after my last bad experience. It used to be my favorite GO to place. I will never go there again. Angry chef. I wanted to order a toasted avocado and cheese sandwich. He very angrily told the girl yes he can do it, but that she had to charge me for a toasted Ham cheese and tomatoes sandwich. $12 plus add on $3.50 for the avocado. Thank you Dome your service is excellent.

Disappointing, food was way overpriced and very ordinary, cleaning tables was below standard, and service questionable, will not return.

Placed a phone order with an extremely helpful and curtious staff member with a special request of delivering my order. This is where I was left very disappointed as I requested certain wrapping paper and pink bow and was assured that they would be able to supply this. However on arrival it was un wrapped and with a very amateurish looking red now.

Compared to Waldecks in Stirling, this was awful. I ordered a quiche and it was 1/3 of the size, if that, of the Stirling store for the same price, and it was awful. Was more crust than quiche, and just tasted awful. The playground and the coffee is the only decent thing there.

This ladies and gentlemen is a $16.50 bacon and egg sandwich, 1 slice of bacon that doesn't cover the bread one egg dried out with no runny yolk or flavour at all really. No sauce on the sandwich or butter just super dry bread, not even butter on the side just nothing and the cook put this on a plate and said yeah that's acceptable, one if the worst breakfast cafes I have been to in my life. My wife enjoyed her Big Breakfast $5 more than my sandwich, so if you still get dragged there after reading this review thats your safest bet.

The menu is plain and boring, the servers are unkempt and whilst not rude they are not the nicest people either short and direct like bringing your food to the table and having to place it down is a chore. It started raining whilst we ate the cafe is open air so all the tables on the edge and the people sitting at them were getting wet, most moved or tried to figure out the cafe blinds themselves as it took about 10 mins for any staff to come and close the blinds.

But hey the playground looked good the kids enjoyed that, but aside from that I can't think of many more positives. This will be my first and last outing to Waldecks Lakeside (there's no lake) cafe.

The Cafe was Very disappointing - Firsty the ladies toilet facilities require attention, no soap to wash hands and the tap does not work so I could not wash my hands. Service was below average, ordered a Bacon and Egg Sandwich, a serve of scones and two coffees. The sandwich came out at least 10 minutes before the coffee and scones. The sandwich was very bland, the coffee was cold and scones average. Definitely won't be going back.

First time we visited for lunch we absolutely loved it.the lunch was generous and good value and delicious.the 2nd time we went for lunch what we were served wasn’t as good value. It was very expensive. I ordered the Haolumi and salad and chips. I paid $25 which when I was given my meal was so surprised of the small bowl filled with rocket one small cherry tomato a few slivers of red onion and a few small thin slices of cheese.with a very small bowl of chips.unfortunately I won’t be ordering again from here.it’s popular but the food last weekend was overpriced for what we were given which was very small servings with no care factor at all

Has beautiful spots overlooking the gardens, they have amazing desserts and is great for a good coffee. You can buy the flowers and plants that are on display and have a look at the photos I took as the flowers are just gorgeous! The staff are great and has been a beautiful setting for a book club!

Plenty of car parking, food excellent and served quickly, not a lot of plants, perhaps pre winter is the reason. Will come back after winter.

Great selection of plants. Cafe was great with an adequate kids playground. Service from the Cafe was excellent.

Went there and had breakkie. The hash brown was so good and definitely love eggs Benedict. Been here a couple of times to shop for pots and plants. Great selection. Some staff are friendly.

Price not the cheapest but the staff there really helpful:) got nice outdoor playground for kids.

Well, I haven't been here in a couple of years and what a difference! The show room is filled with plants and all things plants and it feels inviting. They have a great selection of pot and plant accessories, and the staff were friendly. I also noticed the cafe has been renovated too and it looks great! They've definitely been following the houseplant trend and have a great selection healthy plants on offer.
