Wish I’d done more due dilligencr before using this company. Didn’t start off great when they allocated me a conveyancer who was on leave for 2 weeks. Dealt with multiple people, forms sent out with incorrect details, multiple copies sent so had to sign and get witnesses again.

Quality system stated tasks completed when they weren. Charged me the wrong rate of duty so had to claim refund from state revenue. Feedback I provided and ignored.

Will never use this company again.

Unprofessional service. Rates calculation was wrong which caused interest fee. Impossible to get through on the phone. No feedback communication or explanation after invoice was paid. The only answer we received that they were so busy having 15 settlements a day. Busy to provide reliable service.

Dealing with VPS was an amazing experience and especially coming from a first home buyer/builder it makes me happy to say it went really smooth.

Rianna was a pleasure to deal with and highly recommend her services. The office invornment was amazing aswell, i came in on a monday morning and everyone was happy and cheary exactly what you want.

An absolute 5 star service. All the staff involved in my settlement were very professional, friendly and responded extremely quickly to all my queries and questions. Third time with VPS and I am extremely happy! I honestly could not rate them high enough. Everything is so easy and they are efficient and positive and thorough. Ive had to go in to the office twice and they are friendly and helpful, parking is a breeze. Over email or phone its always easy and productive. Ellen helped me the last two times very close together and she was extremely professional.
