Second time I've used Vicky philipoff for settlement and they've been great both times. Katy Lin was my settlement agent this time and she was very attentive, helpful and always available to speak on the phone and quick to answer emails. Would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a settlement agent.

I have used their services recently for my settlements, however I have ran into some issues as they were over capacity. Happy to mention that Vicki herself has been kind enough to intervene personally and clear all the pending issues. Her personal touch has made all the difference and I would happy recommend them to anyone.
