Submitted an enquiry on your web over the weekend and all I get is an auto reply email but no reply. On Tuesday afternoon when I talked to someone on the phone and said the enquiry was submitted over the weekend and all I hear is we don't answer emails on the weekend which I have understood, but at least you could have a look at the email on Mondsy and get back to me. Where I got diverting a call to another person and I have left a message with my number but no one has called me back. This has an impact on my time waiting with hoping to get your service because you had many reviews. With such a company with many employees but a small number of staffs are not very organised or responsible for their comments. At very least if you're very busy then just say we're very busy so I will head in another direction. Luckily I didn't get you to do the settlement for me otherwise I can't imagine what will happen.
I rather go to support the smaller settlement company from now on.
